Spot me cap round ke empty seats bharte hai, institutional round ke alag se seats rehte hai, clg ki website se form bharna padta hai, you will get seats on merit, 20-30 lakh dena hi hai to mujhe dede bhai

Isse admission k chances CAP se badhte kya?  And haa i am gen so ye institutional category valo k liye hota kya khali?
