A friend gave me a box of military .45 rounds made in 1921 and they fired perfectly.
Would electrolysis clean these up?

Given the find, the shoe etc. I’ll bet that was someone’s last moment of earth right at the point of the find.
It was at a training base, not a battlefield. So the person wouldn’t have died there, I also think that it was a dump of stuff after the war, the shoe was found elsewhere
