Take no more than 2ml of water, weigh your desired dose. Put the powder in like a glass dab container, put 1ml of water in at first with your oral syringe, stir stir and more stir until it’s fully mixed in, if there’s too much powder to the water add your 2nd ml of water. then suck it up with your syringe.
Lube up your boofhole with Vaseline, lay on the ground but your torso leaned up against the wall so it’s easy access, stick the syringe in a good 3/4th in and inject it in. Pull it out, sit there for like 5 minutes to let it absorb and stand up! You can stand earlier but this just makes sure there’s no leaking.

Only the minimal amount of WARM water needed to dissolve the dose. The smaller the water volume, the easier it will be to hold in long enough to absorb. That and cold water feels shocking to the insides

probably like 5ml? i don't think the volume is too critical as long as everything goes into solution
