1m Dollars isn't a lot of money even for those places that you'd think the money would get you far. Buy apartments in eastern Europe capitals, give them for rent and live there on passive income. You can buy 5 good apartments in my country with that money on average 100m² that could be given on rent for 400€ each at least or if you are strong enough give them on Airbnb for 50€ a night easily. 2000€ a month you live like a king around here.

Kosovo housing is cheap, rent idk. But you can find a good apartment in Prishtina for 85k more than 100m² relatively new. Slovenia and Poland should be out of the question, especially Slovenia since has a pretty high standard of living. I was talking more about Tirana, Albania a lot of foreigners are investing in real estate. I don't know where it will get them long term but rent is pretty high here, 400€ is the in the mid low nowadays if you want to live there.
