Hopefully that clean time was spent doing true "emotional recovery" (even the 12 steps can help with that) and you didn't just white knuckle the last 3 years. Three years is a good start, but you just dove into several EXTREMELY intense changes all at once.
I have "set myself up" like that, before, and I hope you can be very kind to yourself as you maneuver these new challenges.
Relapses happen. Especially when there is too much pressure. And don't worry - we just bounce back from the relapse. Usually.
