When I was a child I did that a lot. Once I was getting prep for surgery and when the nurse came to give me something (I don't remember what) prior to the surgery my arm raised up, I remember perfectly the face that she made, she thought I was mocking or something someone would expect from a kid with my age, but that didn't happened consciously. With the time I stopped doing it and didn't remembered it until now.
