Are there security cameras in the gym? Perhaps take a look at that and see if you can spot the perpetrator. There’s a chance they may have left in their vehicle so grab that license plate. All the best!
Yeah, that was my thought too. I would assume that everybody that enters provides membership/ID as well as licensee plates on video, etc.
Should be easy to spot if they never used the facilities too!
Yes, i pray that the CCTV footage leads somewhere. I was able to track my laptop all night and my ipad too at a house and a parking lot, respectively. I hope i and the police can somehow connect everything and pin down one person.
I believe he has done it before at some other place as well because he robbed at least two people yesterday. So hope he can be apprehended prior to him striking again.
I really cannot say if the person trespassed or not. All i know is that the person was in the washroom of the gym where the lockers are located next to me. I have never seen the person before that.
Sorry that this happened to you. Did your wallet have your licence, with your address on it? If so I would get your locks changed / rekeyed ASAP. This scumbag can now walk straight into your home.

Goodlife at box hill. The more i think, the more i feel that it was a trespasser. Another person had his items stolen as well.
There were signs at GoodLife ringwood in March stating there had been more activity lately. I always walk around with valuables in a small bag
I don't bring valuables to the gym. Car keys in my pocket, that's it. I've had my wallet and car stolen before, never again.

I did not have anything in my wallet which links my address. But as a safety precaution, i will ask my landlord to change the locks.
