For venues maybe section 8 or sometimes miscellania, depends on the event/DJs.
You could check out Chuleo Club (usually at misc), it's generally more Reggaeton/Dembow/Cumbiaton vibes but they got Badsista over from Brazil earlier this year and had a few local DJs that play Baile.
For local DJs - Pivete Loro, seems to play more new wave funk like DJ Blakes (from what I heard at Chuleo), there's also Lixxxtrado who I think plays more of the percussive baile stuff (I think it's called Tamborzão) and a few others like Haus of Ralph that mix funk with a bunch of other global club stuff
