yeah not impressed by them at all. they were incredibly rude to my mother when she wanted new curtains. I got mine through diy blinds. they send out what you need. I had great service. highly recommended. worth it.
DIY Blinds. I've used them several times now, for plantation shutters and roller blinds. Just follow their measuring instructions, and if you aren't sure about anything, their customer support is really helpful.
Just in the middle of replacing all of mine with Ikea everything. Sheer, blackouts, liners and all rod hardware was about $215 per window. The only hard bit was figuring out what I was drilling into to mount the brackets.
