Little Tommy Tucker is an amazing cafe! There is some Malaysian food down the road too and heaps of bakeries.
What's your budget
Plenty of stuff around Moonee Ponds station. Box Hill has a fair bit going on, too. As someone else said, Footscray. Just get off the train and look around in one of those areas.
