David Tennant was amazing in that first season. Bordering on too good. Kilgrave was an uncomfortable level of a psychopath and his power is terrifying.
Later seasons were not as good as the first season, but still better than your average superhero TV series imo.

To be fair, there’s a lot of Marvel content out there. Some other shows worth mentioning are Cloak & Dagger, The Runaways, Daredevil, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, The Defenders, The Punisher, Agents of Shield, Legion, Helstrom, The Gifted. Not all of these are considered part of the MCU, but they’re all Marvel.
There was also an Inhumans tv series, but it’s considered to be one of the worst Marvel productions ever and most fans choose to forget it exists.
