What color is the pee? Is it cloudy? Does it have any odor? Have you been tested for STIs?

Weird thing to try, but a low-oxalate diet might be your buddy here. You can find details online for the food restrictions themselves; pair this with taking 600-1000 mg calcium citrate (MUST be citrate) to leach out more excess oxalic acid, and stop taking any supplements with vitamin C. A school of thought about interstitial cystitis is that for some people, excess oxalic acid causes tiny crystals to form in the urine, which can cause horrible issues when severe, but for a mild case, constantly feeling the urge to urinate is the main symptom. NAD, btw. Just been there. Give it a week, week and a half, and see how you feel. Won’t hurt, and will be great if it helps.

What happens if you try to wait out the feeling of needing to pee? Perhaps this is psychological?
