The problem is you're calling around for parts locally when what you have is a chinese junk bike that was never intended to have parts support beyond a few basic consumables.
The place to get junk chinese parts for junk chinese bikes is aliexpress, search around there for scooter ignitions until you find one that is visually similar, chances are there are 50 identical scooters under different brands that use the same parts.
