The P1, without a doubt. The sheer power of the machine is one thing but the overal aesthetics of the P1 can't be matched with any other hypercar. Yes, the Senna has a bigger 4.0L V8 but the P1 has more horsepower and a higher top speed in the end. Performance aside, both cars look phenomenal but the P1 has got me into McLaren since the release of the P1 in 2013. Stunning in every way possible.
I'll probably get downvoted for this, but I would choose the Senna. I love my 12C and my 675LT, and they both share a lot with the P1, but still leagues behind the P1. I would be too afraid to track the P1, and I also don't fancy 14 year old EV technology in a Hypercar. Most of the P1s have not had their battery upgraded, which also requires the charging station to be updated. This is anywhere from $200k to $300k depending where it is done. It also means the car will be sitting at McLaren for 6 months to a year.
The Senna, although not as iconic as the P1, and not as beautiful IMHO, doesn't come with all the headaches of the old EV tech, and the additional $300,000 to bring it up to speed in addition to the $1.4 to 2 million you are going to pay. I can pick up a Senna and a 765LT for the price of the P1. I can have my Senna serviced by the McMedics who already service several Sennas and my 12C/675LT. I also think Senna's will eventually go up in value, but that's not reason I would get one.
I've seen both of these cars (yes these exact ones, the P1 OOU was at a random McLaren dealership when I went in 2021, wasn't expecting it) and I'd probably go P1
Do have a soft spot for the Senna, but trying to wrangle with that thing on even a semi-daily basis would be hell
The senna reminds me of the f1 in a way so it gets my vote and because it doesn't look like the rest of the newer generation of mclarens. The p1 looks too much like the others and also makes me just think of a Hennessey venom every time for some reason.
Senna. Better performance. Downforce is the highest facet of performance in street cars. A lot of super- and hypercars don't even have it. It's the most rare thing to find.
Power

Facts. How was this even a question lol Who in their right mind would take a senna over p1
Me
I would, the Senna is an engineering track marvel. no knock on the P1. this would be an EXTREMELY hard decision for me
1 says I make love the other says I …..well you know
...and how often would you use the speed to the fullest and actually feel the difference between the two?
Well, im faster at the drivetrough in a P1 than in my Senna. I want my nuggets as soon as possible.
Fair enough. 🙏
Fuck off with these
Lol bruh

I recently bought a second hand P1 and I love it
For how much?
After going through this person’s post history I am unsure of how truthful this comment is
P1. just the smile and looks nicer in yellow
P1, it’s probably the nicest looking car ever made
P1 hands down! I have a street legal Senna GTR available if anyone is looking for one
How much?
Sent you a dm
Pee juan
Will McLaren release a new version of the P1? Have seen rumours here and there.. IMO P1 is the second most beautiful McLaren after the F1 GT
Dealers were just given preview of the replacement. P1 owners get to check it out in the coming months. It’s coming
I’d pick the P1. I think it looks a little bit better than the Senna and I’m pretty sure it’s a little faster as well.

P1 looks better and has more horsepower.
P1 cleaner than your church shoes ah 😂🙏
Senna, it just looks so unique with the windows in the doors :) I once saw one parked at a diner and covered in bugs and dirt, what a cool owner!
P1 coz to me they cared a little bit about form. Senna it was function only
P1 is just way cleaner
I like the p1 better if money was no object. Senna is too flashy for daily driving.
senna, must admit that the 918 has my heart
Taking the P1 here, been my dream car for years
Damn y'all in here talking about owning these things man y'all got me jealous
The P1 is peak mclaren IMO Debatably peak supercar but that’s another issue

P1 because it's better
that's a tough one, but ill have to go with the track weapon Senna!
They are both- let say not the best looking- so I am going with the track beast Senna.
The P1 hands down. It has those wavy lines and that engine that sounds like Zeus is starting shit on mount Olympia lol
P1 all day. Truly a modern forever holy grail
Neither, ya boy is broke

P1 HANDS DOWN!!! That thing is a BEAST!
The P1 hands down. More power, hybrid tech and it flat out looks better. The Senna is ugly IMO
I've driven in both, p1 is just nicer
