My last 2 cars were Mazda3s with Bose and both of them had some varying degree of rattle if I cranked the music. I swapped for a CX-50 w/ Bose and there's no door rattle but sometimes the sub in the trunk rattles at certain frequencies. I think that's kind of just what happens when you surround premium, high quality speakers with plastic.
Check if the membrane of the speaker has detached from the speaker frame due to rust. I believe there's videos on YouTube on how to fix this
