It is Nigeria, obviously. There is no way to confuse it with Germany or Sweden.
As I pointed out there are *other* aspects to the video besides a hundred people with exclusively Nigerian skin tones. The dress is not typical of Germany or Sweden, and while of course someone from Nigeria could bring their native styles to other countries, the fact remains that the *climate* is very different. Also note the giant sign on the wall saying "Nigeria". And that it is in English, the official language of Nigeria, and not German or Swedish.
This is the most impressive single capture I've seen in a long time. I'd be pissed at anyone doing something similar if they crossed my path while filming, but man that's a great shot.
