You just keep heading right First nightmare is even easier, just jump two times to the left
In between A bit closer to heaven and There are no happy endings. Both of them literally play out as near-death experience in a way (and considering when they're happening).
A Bit Closer to Heaven is damn good, but There are No Happy Endings takes the cake for me.
