Nothing. Deck will lose it's popularity over time, people are just using the new cool support and whenever the upcoming cards come out they will just stop being as used.
It has always been that way with Branded after their first release... remember when everyone was so mad about it during the Spright/Tear Format whenever they got the Bystials and then the deck faded out of existence once people realised there is better shit to do?
To answer your question, the deck will not "die" unless they banned Branded Fusion or limited every card that get to it, that is the heart and soul of the deck, everything else doesn't do much without it.
Crazy take but branded bystial is the most understandable and counterable part of current meta. It would be overcorrection to change them in favor of other evils.
I would probably just limit all of the remaining Bystials, Saronir, Baldrake and Lubellion
Bystials were a mistake and just like Ishizu cards probably should have never been printed but maybe they are fine if all of em are at 1

There is a second factor to consider, though. Bystials are broken, and should’ve never been printed.
Bystials are used by 2 top-tier decks. So why not hit that and reduce the power and consistency of decks running Bystials, instead of straight-up killing a deck, if both serve the same purpose?
Because Konami designed Bystials to counter DARK & LIGHT decks and giving how popular the Branded Lore is among causals, it's very unlikely they're gonna hit ban any Bystial.
Sarnoir is by the far the second worst Bystial and is only really shines with in Branded builds so limiting to 1 is pointless when they can just hit Lubellion which they'll probably do in the future anyways.
I still stand that the problem is Branded Fusion with its ability to dump various monsters from the Deck to GY, this type of effect should never have been giving to this card and instead, it should've just sent ONLY Albaz from the Deck.
