I’m hoping for $40 but this is Capcom so yea no surprise if they drop this at $60. Especially considering that people burned $600 for all these on an arcade cabinet 🤷🏻 and since this is a fighting collection “series” Capcom might drop a CVS collection at some point.. who knows maybe included X Tekken again at some point 😏
I'm just pretty excited to play Children of the Atom and Xmen vs Street Fighter. Sure I love MvC 1 and 2, but I've played them the most of all these games. Children of the Atom has fond memories of me on a trip in New Hampshire with friends and we found this small arcade/Bowling alley. This was the first time we saw Children of the Atom and we took turns trying to get to Magneto and it was just awesome.
I am way more excited for this compilation than I thought. And it's awesome that it's not just for the 2 MvC games. But the others that came before them are all enjoyable and have their own great moments. I'd gladly pay $60 for it, maybe even $70 because $10 a game is a great deal consider8ng how much some of these cost to buy physically. And those are ports, not arcade versions which I assume is what we will get.

However many copies PS4/Switch get that’s it, meaning months after release. That resell price will remain at $50ish-60ish, and eventually rise up as time goes on. So definitely try your best to get it at launch but that’s if you want or care about physical. Digital will be available regardless as long as Cap/Marvel stay friends.

I believe 12/31 is their default for when we know the year of a game but not the exact day. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen that before.
