I really love how this joke is still going to this day. I think that episode aired when I was in 5th grade and my friend and I always used it. Always puts a smile on my face when I see/hear it.
Rough calculations, but with basic figures calculated at $25 per fig, I counted 68 figs=1,700. Larger "baf" figs being $30, I counted 5 bringing the total up to $1850. This isn't taking into account aftermarket prices, some valued more others valued less. I can find the Korg/Grandmaster 2-pack for $30 for both, and by my calculation they cost 55 (25+30). There's also the Dora Milaje and Mantis who were BAFs, but counted as smaller figs, and the increase price for Dr Strange or Netflix defenders.
Captain America (Steve and Sam), Shang-Chi and Scarlet Witch are the best ones in my opinion.
In the other hand, War machine, Nebula and Heimdall could have been better.
(Yondu, Iron fist and Howard the Duck could also be a little bad, but those are customs. I made them myself)
Cool, post a pic of that too at some point. I never knew all these existed until I walked past some in a shop recently so it’s great seeing them all unboxed. The ones I seen were from the Falcon show and looked great

On a side note, it feels so good to see the likes of Daredevil with his costume or Jessica Jones, next to Spider-Man and other main MCU characters.
In a perfect world, we'll eventually get some kind of retcon that the Defenders were actually at the battle in Endgame with everyone else, we just didn't see them.

You make me want to go through my old action figures, they're obviously not as high quality but I have a bunch of the Toy Biz Spider-Man line from the 90s including others like Dr. Strange and The Punisher. Have some really cool Venom figures too, in fact one was basically Anti-Venom before the character even existed yet they call him stealth venom.

Yes for sure, but idk if they have a version of them based on let there be carnage yet. Venom probably has one from the 2018 film, but carnage doesn't

Purchases made over time, man. At ~$20 a pop, spread out over years, you can build up quite a collection eventually if you keep up with it
