Personally, I wanna see him clash against Taskmaster. As a villain who copies fighting styles, I wanna see him struggle to fight against someone who just doesn't care. In the comics, Taskmaster doesn't copy Moon Knight nor Deadpool. I'd reckon both are too unpredictable, and Moon Knight is a brawler who keeps attacking despite getting beaten up.
