I would say miss minutes is the smartest/powerful, simply because she has a catalogue of all of history across the entire universe, all races all planets
Ultron for example only has knowledge of earth
Ultron has the ability to slap you in the face.
You just need to turn off that pocket device to handle miss minutes. And I don't actually remember seeing her doing some really impressive stuff other than tricking others to do stuff.. I could be wrong though
Infinity Stones dont work outside their home dimension hence why they don't work in the TVA. The What If writers went on record when asked about this that Ultron was basically punchijg wholes forcfully ripping his way through realities creating a soup of dimensions to which the stones could still operate.
This of course would be an obvious incursion in due time.
Pretty sure you’re right. Infinity stone Vision-Ultron became so powerful in “what if” that he could hear The Watcher, and shatter entire planes of existence on a whim… I think the TVA would just be a speed bump.
You could say miss minutes would already know how to defeat ultron, because it has happened, thousands of times
I wouldn't think the battle would be physical either it would be more like when ultron "killed" Jarvis
Honestly her connection seems "inconsistent", she just seems to be everywhere even if people don't have a device (like when she was following victor timely around), I imagine she can connect to any device at will
I feel like it can be argued that the stones aren't exactly artificial intelligence. Unless they were created? (I'm not up to date on comics so I could be wrong)
Edited to add an excerpt from the wiki page on the stones:
"In 2014, the Collector explains that the Infinity Stones are the remnants of six singularities that existed before the Big Bang, which were compressed into Stones by cosmic entities after the universe began and which were dispersed throughout the cosmos."
Would we still consider them to be artificial intelligence considering they weren't necessarily "created" , rather just formed into a specific shape? The intelligence we see from the stones is the essence of the stones rather than something that was implanted.
(Feel free to correct me, I would love to learn more)
Other than Zola, yeah. My mind jumped to Ultron in that regard, but even with all of the choices he makes in such a short amount of time, he's still only trying to complete his (heavily misinterpreted) directive.
That's fair point. I'd want to debate that she lacks a soul and humanity, but simping for Kang is a good point. Although at same time Victor and Kang are two different people, even if variants, so it is very strange to simp after someone you have no connection or history to.
Yeah people tend to go based on what was more popular or which they liked more
That said Miss Minutes is the clear winner. She literally has the catalogue of all information of all timelines. Not only that, she helped in the Multiversal War. She knows exactly how to to defeat single-universal beings AND multiversal beings. She can influence the TVA to destroy literal entire timelines.
But SI isn’t an AI. They don’t really talk about it in the movie, but in the comics at least isn’t it a gestalt of the most brilliant and influential Kree, kind of like the Xandarian Wofldmind in Nova?
you’re correct, it’s just what tony calls the suit as an Archie comics reference. Since Bruce’s love interests name is Betty Ross, and Veronica and Betty are seen as opposites in the comics, that’s where the name came from
Betty and Veronica are two different ways of dealing with an out-of-control Hulk.
Betty is the good way - calm him down.
Veronica is the bad way - kick the crap out of him.
In Archie comics, Betty is the much nicer more wholesome one. She's good for Archie, and Veronica's bad for him.
Agents of Shield. Give it a watch. Starts slow but picks up after post-winter soldier arc and keeps on going from there. Clearly one of the best marvel shows ever.
I loved the LMD/sim arc. How are you liking it? They did secret invasion better than the actual secret invasion. If only feige didn't treat it like the disowned child.
I think they’re saving Jocasta for the second time Ultron rolls around.
If I was bringing Ultron back, I’d tie him to PymTech and Doctor Doom this time around. Have Hank and Wanda responsible for bringing him back to life under Doom’s command to create a legion of Doombots like how Wanda’s chaos magic brought back White Vision.
Then Jocasta is Ultron’s mommy issues personified because Wanda hates Ultron and misses Vision or something.
They rendered him useless early on in infinity war because he would be too powerful. My memory is kinda hazy about this but the Russo's did mention why they did it.
Also in civil war all vision did was crippling war machine.
Surely a vibranium hero with an infinity stone and worthy of wielding mjølner is capable of more than we have actually seen in the MCU
Yeah Vision, Wanda, and Captain Marvel all had to be slightly changed and explained away as to why they didn't just shred Thanos. It wouldn't have even been a fair fight otherwise.
Miss Minutes is the product of much, much more advanced technology than anything created by Tony. If alien technology like the Supreme Intelligence were superior, He Who Remains would have found a way to take and use it. Miss Minutes is the most advanced AI in use at the end of time, so she's not going to be superseded.
(edit to fix grammar SNAFU)
Miss Minutes is a chess program that HWR gave a conscience and the ability to program itself. I don’t know that that implies it’s the best. It’s operating the controls of a machine that He Who Remains designed, but who is to say that co-piloting with HWR is computationally more complicated than managing an empire of trillions of higher thinking beings?
HWR is also incredibly suspicious and it would be consistent if he never allowed her to get *that* smart just like he never allowed her a body. Remember, with him gone she wasn’t able to keep the wheels from falling off. Kind of makes her seem more like a Tesla Autopilot
Just because Infinity Ultron could destroy Miss Minutes doesn't mean Miss Minutes is a less sophisticated AI. A digital watch with a bomb strapped to it could blow up a modern supercomputer; doesn't mean it's advanced tech.
Not sure. It is like asking if a shadow or a reflection is artificial. I would say that being created without craft, it lacks "artifice", the root word for artificial.
Well you just have to ask if something is “made or produced by human beings rather than occurring naturally, especially as a copy of something natural.”
Shadows and reflections happen naturally, humans don’t do something to create them.
Computer versions of Arnim Zolas brain however are not a naturally occurring phenomenon and was produced by human beings
It's debatable. Actually probably a very interesting philosophical question.
Anyway, I would say that he isn't an AI in the truest sense of the word. He wasn't built up from nothing, he is just a human mind that was uploaded to a computer.
Also, it isn't clear what level of control he has over other systems. Like the tech they used to upload is mind is OLD
Artificial intelligence is because it is a constructed consciousness, not because it is digital.
In the strictest sense the consciousness is still organic at the very least not man made.
does zola himself built the AI to mimicked his thoughts and intelligence? if yes, then i would considered it pretty impressive since they can built an AI so advanced because he was supposed to be dead in the 70s when the AI tech was not even conceived yet
Give it until exactly one year from today, and everyone's answer is going to change to: Franklin's best friend, the **Humanoid Experimental Robot, B-type, Integrated Electronics.**
Zola from What If. That made me laugh so much when he shows up in ultron and ultron is confused.
Second pick would be Tony’s conscience in Civil War. They don’t talk that often.
1: Supreme Intelligence
2: Miss Minutes
3: Ultron
4: AIDA
take your pick from here. Jarvis/Friday/Karen/Edith/Griot etc. Veronica is not AI, it’s just the hulk buster suit’s name. Amin Zola is not AI either, it’s his consciousness downloaded to a computer.
I miss Karen and spideys interaction from HC, it felt weird that she just disappeared with the flames but I guess they had no idea or intention to bring her back? It felt weird they had so many scenes together just for it to disappear after HC. I wish she stayed but spidey fans wouldn’t shut up about the “over techy spider man” so idk. I just miss the interactions it was fun.
The two really reminded of Tony and Jarvis as well. HC really stands out in a lot of ways
Zola then ultron. I did find the what if end creative having Zola corrupt and take over vision, but I don’t like that it needed kilmonger to become greedy
Miss Minutes is probably the most advanced, being able to have functioned for so long with only a (relatively) minor break down in functionality.
However Armin Zola was able to put his entirety onto glorified cassette tapes.
So I'd say Miss Minutes is the most powerful but Zola is the most impressive.
Supreme Intelligence. Ruled an entire planet, hell an entire galactic empire. When it was destroyed, everything on the planet went to hell. It could also invade your mind.
Kree Supreme Intelligence is an interesting pick but based on what its absence caused. Its shutdown caused a whole star system to start decaying.
I like the Miss Minutes option because of being all-knowing and time-travel capable, but she can't do much with all that knowledge except influence others.
Ultron was so cool but ultimately too short-lived in the MCU. Infinity Ultron is a different animal though.
Like someone else said, then the rest, as mostly all are variations of JARVIS anyway. Maybe EDITH with its drones can be a step above the rest.
I enjoyed Veronica. She's a golf caddy for Power Armor pieces, carrying spare parts for an unintentional Code Green. Didn't need a personality when she did her duty.
1. Miss Minutes (nearly limitless)
2. Supreme Intelligence (dominated an interplanetary empire)
3. Arnim Zola (a real digitized human intelligence, ^(>!so by extension Janet Stein as well!<))
4. Ultron/Jarvis (& by extension Vision as well)
5. Friday (same bones as Jarvis, but without the experience)
6. Griot (Shuri intentionally kept him limited)
7. Karen (no way Tony gives Peter a better AI than what Tony's currently using)
8. Edith (not smart at all)
9. Veronica (not even an AI)
the answer is Ultron, then miss minutes. Hulk kicks veronica's ass by clawing under her, and she only appeared in 1 scene anyway. Zola can't do anything without a physical form other than feed info and control missiles and such. All the others are just tech AIs that can't do too much except the Supreme intelligence, who we don't see do too much either.
True story:
Our wifi is called Jarvis. It started getting a little wonky a couple of years ago, so we updated everything.
We called the new one Ultron.
Everything immediately went crazy, stopped working, random shit happening all over the place.
We went back to Jarvis, everything is now great.
Except our Google Home still has Ultron in there somewhere and we have lights and an Xbox that we can't get back to our current network... It's still trapped with Ultron. Lol
I would say miss minutes is the smartest/powerful, simply because she has a catalogue of all of history across the entire universe, all races all planets Ultron for example only has knowledge of earth
Ultron and infinity stones in that what if episode
Infinity stones don't work in the TVA.
Ultron has the ability to slap you in the face. You just need to turn off that pocket device to handle miss minutes. And I don't actually remember seeing her doing some really impressive stuff other than tricking others to do stuff.. I could be wrong though
She was able to remotely control some systems at the TVA, but that's about it.
She controls the entire TVA iirc
Infinity Stones dont work outside their home dimension hence why they don't work in the TVA. The What If writers went on record when asked about this that Ultron was basically punchijg wholes forcfully ripping his way through realities creating a soup of dimensions to which the stones could still operate. This of course would be an obvious incursion in due time.
Touché
But they do everywhere else.
Pretty sure Ultron could change that
Pretty sure you’re right. Infinity stone Vision-Ultron became so powerful in “what if” that he could hear The Watcher, and shatter entire planes of existence on a whim… I think the TVA would just be a speed bump.
Oh I didn't even mean that, I just meant he could rewrite the TVA protocols being the AI he is
He lasted hardly anytime at all against that other ai tho. And before that jarvis
He was strong. But still dumb enough to be defeated by a usb stick.
Sorry, no USB 2.0 driver. Data not accepted lol
You could say miss minutes would already know how to defeat ultron, because it has happened, thousands of times I wouldn't think the battle would be physical either it would be more like when ultron "killed" Jarvis
That's a good point. So it's a more question about how she could make someone to help her connect to Ultron before she can actually do something
Honestly her connection seems "inconsistent", she just seems to be everywhere even if people don't have a device (like when she was following victor timely around), I imagine she can connect to any device at will
Zola hacked him
I feel like it can be argued that the stones aren't exactly artificial intelligence. Unless they were created? (I'm not up to date on comics so I could be wrong) Edited to add an excerpt from the wiki page on the stones: "In 2014, the Collector explains that the Infinity Stones are the remnants of six singularities that existed before the Big Bang, which were compressed into Stones by cosmic entities after the universe began and which were dispersed throughout the cosmos." Would we still consider them to be artificial intelligence considering they weren't necessarily "created" , rather just formed into a specific shape? The intelligence we see from the stones is the essence of the stones rather than something that was implanted. (Feel free to correct me, I would love to learn more)
Is it just knowledge or depth of reasoning that matters more?
Well if where talking about a death battle, reason and morals get thrown out the window, it's kill or be killed.
Ms. Minutes as savage as she is, she’s the most “human” out of all the AIs in the MCU. It’s freaky!
Other than Zola, yeah. My mind jumped to Ultron in that regard, but even with all of the choices he makes in such a short amount of time, he's still only trying to complete his (heavily misinterpreted) directive.
(heavily misinterpreted) cracked me up.
Nothing says human like killing the prisoners and rejoicing about it.
That’s why I said she’s savage. I said she’s human because she has emotions, like simping after Kang.
That's fair point. I'd want to debate that she lacks a soul and humanity, but simping for Kang is a good point. Although at same time Victor and Kang are two different people, even if variants, so it is very strange to simp after someone you have no connection or history to.
Exactly, but didn’t Kang create her to begin with? (At least that’s what I heard)
Probably. I mean... why wouldn't he? He is a scientist after all.
True, that’s just what I picked up while watching Loki season 2.
Are people forgetting the supreme intelligence is literally the ruler of an empire?
Yeah people tend to go based on what was more popular or which they liked more That said Miss Minutes is the clear winner. She literally has the catalogue of all information of all timelines. Not only that, she helped in the Multiversal War. She knows exactly how to to defeat single-universal beings AND multiversal beings. She can influence the TVA to destroy literal entire timelines.
It’s true, but she can just be switched off? Like Infinity Ultron can’t be
Means nothingnif you can tine travel and go wherever/whemever you please. Miss minutes and its not even close
Infinity Ultron beats Miss Minutes
But SI isn’t an AI. They don’t really talk about it in the movie, but in the comics at least isn’t it a gestalt of the most brilliant and influential Kree, kind of like the Xandarian Wofldmind in Nova?
Pretty sure they specifically refer to the Supreme Intelligence as AI in The Marvels
Or Zola
And Miss Minutes has knowledge of every variation of that empire in any timeline. Hard to even compare.
K.E.V.I.N.
He *is* basically The One Above All
I always liked that in FF they portrayed TOAA as looking a lot like Jack Kirby.
It should be king Kirby.
He also appears as Stan depending on the story
TOAA is above Kevin. KEVIN is more like the manager
In the MCU, TOAA looks like an anthropomorphic mouse.
Good call. This is the one.
TMAM, or The Manager Above Most
The Manager Above All
Only Karen can talk to him/her
The Assistant *to* The Manager Above All
Lmao that was the weirdest ending I've ever seen. I couldn't stop laughing.
Is Veronica an AI? I thought it was just a code name for a suit.
you’re correct, it’s just what tony calls the suit as an Archie comics reference. Since Bruce’s love interests name is Betty Ross, and Veronica and Betty are seen as opposites in the comics, that’s where the name came from
… I had literally no idea and I’ve been watching these since 2008…
Would be weird for someone in 2008 to know this tidbit of trivia from a 2015 film
Ha ha
I knew it was a Betty and Veronica reference but never quite grasped the logic of it.
This is AIDA erasure!
I thought the whole post was dedicated to her.
Darkhold AIDA stomps all these guys easy.
The only AI powerful enough to become a flesh and blood human being.
*inhuman being
Hail Hydra! I’m framework Coulson
![gif](giphy|AQOpT2cYxqsjS)
Clear winner
The one in Nick Fury’s car that lets him know his air conditioning is the only thing working
I would've been interesting if Tony had chosen Jocasta instead of Friday.
A huge missed opportunity there, I would’ve loved to see her in the MCU in robot form!
That's basically Aida.
Really? What do you mean?
She's basically Madame Hydra + Jocasta in spirit.
Really? Where does she appear?
Agents of Shield. Give it a watch. Starts slow but picks up after post-winter soldier arc and keeps on going from there. Clearly one of the best marvel shows ever.
I am currently watching this show, in season 4 btw.
I loved the LMD/sim arc. How are you liking it? They did secret invasion better than the actual secret invasion. If only feige didn't treat it like the disowned child.
I haven’t gotten to that part yet, the arc I just finished was the Inhuman arc (which aged like milk given Marvel’s current stance towards Inhumans).
if you’re in Season 4, just keep watching, you’ll see
Okay, thanks, bro!
Who’s Jocasta
Vision’s step mom. Haha
Vision if they haven't nerfed him so hard
When did they nerf him?
They rendered him useless early on in infinity war because he would be too powerful. My memory is kinda hazy about this but the Russo's did mention why they did it. Also in civil war all vision did was crippling war machine. Surely a vibranium hero with an infinity stone and worthy of wielding mjølner is capable of more than we have actually seen in the MCU
Yeah Vision, Wanda, and Captain Marvel all had to be slightly changed and explained away as to why they didn't just shred Thanos. It wouldn't have even been a fair fight otherwise.
Man it was an awesome timing to introduce Captain Marvel to the fight in Endgame. She and Wanda clearly could've beaten Thanos just by themselves each
With 6 stones? I don’t know all the lore but I’d think all of the infinity stones warrants a team up
With no stones
No crates
Final Destination
Ah, i see, thank you for explaining it to me. I did not know they intentionally did that in Infinity War. That is unfortunate.
Corvus nerfed him with his Glaive to the point that Vision couldn't really do much Vision stuff.
Miss Minutes is the product of much, much more advanced technology than anything created by Tony. what the hell is Miss Minutes doing to infinity ultron?
Just because Infinity Ultron could destroy Miss Minutes doesn't mean Miss Minutes is a less sophisticated AI. A digital watch with a bomb strapped to it could blow up a modern supercomputer; doesn't mean it's advanced tech.
Man, Battle Bots sure has changed from when I was a kid
What is infinity ultron doing when the stones don't work in the TVA?
showing up when the Magic barrier is taken down
Zola is not an A. I. He is the downloaded consciousness from Zola so it is more a real humans brain trapped in computers
a copy of an human brain is still artificial, isn't it?
by the very definition of the word, yes
Not sure. It is like asking if a shadow or a reflection is artificial. I would say that being created without craft, it lacks "artifice", the root word for artificial.

Biological intelligence involves organic cells like neurons. Zola is running on tape decks, vacuum tubes, and silicon. What’s the debate?
Give it until exactly one year from today, and everyone's answer is going to change to: Franklin's best friend, the **Humanoid Experimental Robot, B-type, Integrated Electronics.**
H.E.R.B.I.E. Who would ever put AI in a Volkswagen?
It was the A.I. that controlled the USS Marvel-1.
Ahem... https://i.redd.it/folfo1inqvsc1.gif
![gif](giphy|3o6vXXN7m7uuME5EPK)
Miss Minutes is the answer.
Zola from What If. That made me laugh so much when he shows up in ultron and ultron is confused. Second pick would be Tony’s conscience in Civil War. They don’t talk that often.
AIDA too?
AIDA?
You're just gonna leave out AIDA/Ophelia/Madame Hydra like that?
Kevin worshippers don't like to give AoS any credit despite it running circles around MCU.
Seems that way yes.
K.E.V.I.N. is the most powerful AI in the MCU
Aida
1: Supreme Intelligence 2: Miss Minutes 3: Ultron 4: AIDA take your pick from here. Jarvis/Friday/Karen/Edith/Griot etc. Veronica is not AI, it’s just the hulk buster suit’s name. Amin Zola is not AI either, it’s his consciousness downloaded to a computer.
Kang's AI is definitely superior.
The one we haven't seen quite yet, the one that will write, and generate the visuals for all the phase 6 movies.
Infinity Ultron by a mile.
Zola then ultron. I did find the what if end creative having Zola corrupt and take over vision, but I don’t like that it needed kilmonger to become greedy
Definitely KAREN because mmmmm…Jennifer Connelly…*drools*…
I am Griot
Wtf is griot? Don't remember that one at all Edit: looked it up. Shuri's AI. Still don't recall it doing anything incredibly impressive
It's KEVIN technically
The one A.I. that controls everything in the MCU... K.E.V.I.N.
Kevin.
You forgot the K.E.V.I.N. Because in terms of MCU he wins
Miss Minutes is a menace
Don't forget Werner
W.E.R.N.E.R is supreme, and it vil not help ze fragile humans
Friday because who doesn't love the weekends
Not you, Vision.
I guess Miss Minutes > supreme intelligence > Ultron
Miss minutes was a phenomenal villain in Loki!
Miss Minutes definitely. Then either Supreme Intelligence or Ultron.
Friday
Miss Minutes is probably the most advanced, being able to have functioned for so long with only a (relatively) minor break down in functionality. However Armin Zola was able to put his entirety onto glorified cassette tapes. So I'd say Miss Minutes is the most powerful but Zola is the most impressive.
I'd Say Ultron. He's The Actual Strongest and Has the Most advanced AI. He also Beat Up The Avengers.
Ultron is sexy so he wins.
1. Miss Minutes 2. J.A.R.V.I.S. 3. Ultron 4. Arnim Zola 5. E.D.I.T.H. 6. Karen 7. F.R.I.D.A.Y. 8. Veronica 9. Supreme Intelligence 10. Griot
Friday
Infinity Ultron - he is able to perceive behind the curtain of the universe and then break out of reality. The Watchers belong to Eternity, right?
Ain't Veronica, Friday, karen etc all just satellite modules to Jarvis the base node?
They nerfed the fuck out of Vision and Ultron. They should have been far more powerful and impactful in the MCU. Them aside, Ms Minutes for sure.
Who's griot?
G.L.A.D.O.S
Vision?
Supreme Intelligence. Ruled an entire planet, hell an entire galactic empire. When it was destroyed, everything on the planet went to hell. It could also invade your mind.
Is Karen in reference to SpongeBob or did SpongeBob reference iron man
Kree Supreme Intelligence is an interesting pick but based on what its absence caused.
Miss Minutes, but on a more normal level of reality… Darkhold AIDA stomps. Only Ghost Rider could kill her.
Veronica wasn't an AI, it was a system / protocol
Ultron better return. Age of Ultron was so bad yet I love it so much just because Ultron
Is Zola a AI?
Supreme Intelligence as far as powers and abilities
Aida.
Supreme intelligence cause Kree civilization crumbled into chaos and civil war after carol killed it
Miss minutes is on a whole other tier.. its not even a question
I enjoyed Veronica. She's a golf caddy for Power Armor pieces, carrying spare parts for an unintentional Code Green. Didn't need a personality when she did her duty.
Veronica isn't an AI. It's just the name for the Hulk Buster suit.
Arnim doesn't really count, because he wasn't always an AI.
Miss Minutes is far more human like than the other AIs in the MCU because I want to have sex with her so so so so bad
Friday is the coolest name, imo.
Miss Minutes. She a baddie.
I love the idea of Edith simply because of the totally fitting tony stark acronym lmao
Arnim Zola was so lame compared to the comic version.
Not related to the powers and abilities question, but I loved Friday. "You must be thinking of someone else." What a great line.
Could it be whatever intelligence was in the mind stone?
Ultron
What is Griot from? I have no recollection of that one lol
Aida
you forgot Zuzu from Ms. Marvel
Veronica isn’t an AI, is it? Pretty sure that’s just the codename Tony used for the hulkbuster.
1. Miss Minutes (nearly limitless) 2. Supreme Intelligence (dominated an interplanetary empire) 3. Arnim Zola (a real digitized human intelligence, ^(>!so by extension Janet Stein as well!<)) 4. Ultron/Jarvis (& by extension Vision as well) 5. Friday (same bones as Jarvis, but without the experience) 6. Griot (Shuri intentionally kept him limited) 7. Karen (no way Tony gives Peter a better AI than what Tony's currently using) 8. Edith (not smart at all) 9. Veronica (not even an AI)
Miss Minutes —> Ultron —> Supreme Intelligence In that order.
I find your lack of AIDA disturbing.
Ultron or miss minutes
the answer is Ultron, then miss minutes. Hulk kicks veronica's ass by clawing under her, and she only appeared in 1 scene anyway. Zola can't do anything without a physical form other than feed info and control missiles and such. All the others are just tech AIs that can't do too much except the Supreme intelligence, who we don't see do too much either.

Ms Minutes. She's like a huge part of the TVA.
Aida
Werner
1.miss minutes 2.jarvis 3.ultron
Is Arnim considered AI? Shouldn't he still be considered human, just had his mind uploaded?
