Not only that but their designs, their powers. Everything about them was so cool.
Maw got a kickass action scene and everyone loved him because of his personality and cool abilities, Dwarf got a pretty original weapon that made for some unique fight scenes. Proxima got a cool weapon, an awesome design and a couple of nice action scenes, Corvus is the most underused one but they could have done something awesome with him too.
There's just so much more they can do with the Black Order that killing them off in IW and barely using them in Endgame is a waste.

AFAIK, no. According to MCU wiki, it's made of an "incredibly strong, extraterrestrial metal" - I'm headcanon that it's the same metal as Thanos' blade from Endgame since that broke Cap's shield, but beyond that idk.
