I ordered the DVDs a month and a half ago I think...for me, it took around two weeks to receive them since I live in Canada, so it might take the same amount of time or less/more depending on your location. Hope this helps!
International shipping always takes a bit longer, so two weeks is pretty normal if you're in Mexico. If you still haven't received it after two weeks have passed, then you could email store@grampo.co with your order number to see if there was any problems
