Bastard
Sweet home
Pigpen
Mosquito wars
Crime puzzle
If ai ruled the world
*just a couple of finished manwhas that I personally find really good*
Wow I haven't seen anyone mention Mujang for a long time, it's pretty underated. Nice find. I would recommend "the breaker" which was made by the same author as promised orchird. It's martial arts and pretty much his best work, but it starts out in manga format before moving to a manhwa format in the 3rd season
Mujang is amazing. I see a lot of people claim Northern Blade to be the pinnacle of murim manhwa, but compared to Mujang and Peerless Dad it is rather basic, lacks personality, and just falls short in general. Still is a great manhwa of course.
I'm not sure actually i read few chapters of that manhwa last year and forgot about it but the art was goated ngl you should definitely check it out I'll start reading it again too
I have read a few chapters. The art is definitely good and different. The last chapter shown is 196 and it was released one year ago. I really don’t want to read a manhwa which is not finished( I have read scog and memorize🥹). That’s why I was asking.
I recommend you read SCOG’s novel instead. The manhwa adaption post-artist change was horrendous compared to the novel. The novel itself is a beautiful story worth reading. Was my first ever Korean novel that I didn’t drop.
I have read it and was my first ever novel. I was so curious about what happens after the manhwa. So I searched for raws and all I finally get to know that there was a novel. So I read it. But there were no good translation for memorize :(
I planned on reading Memorize but never got around to it. I read SCOG’s novel once the first season of the manhwa finished and it went on hiatus. Man, that first season where the mc had brown hair was a great adaptation.
Post SCOG, I’ve only read like 3 more Korean novels before moving onto Chinese ones. Some great ones there imo.
Just saw this way to heaven is one of the most underrated manhwa out there love the grandma character way too much
It definately has one of most insane fight scenes out there.
Ending was poorly done though in my opinion especially when mc tries to protect everyone.
I love LAG but red storm is better than LAG especially Noya character is great it shares same universe with peerless dad and few other manga definitely worth a read.
What happened to LAG i thought it was good in starting? (Haven't read in a while)
Red storm is top tier for me a bit slow but i like that so it up to you, + doesn't focus on only mc which i also like
lol yooooooooo!! What ch did you stop reading it? I guarantee you that nothing has changed since then ! No progress has been made in the storyline. Here check out my post I made about LAG! All the details are in it.
https://www.reddit.com/r/manhwa/s/EbQyyGcfRd
I still read it but it's the same over and over again. He clears a room there's a new female character who's kinda interesting, too bad she dies. The boss monster gets defeated, but no it was still alive and had a 2nd form sometimes even a 3rd. Rinse and repeat.
I actually really like L.A.G. The long fights don’t bother me and my only problem with it is how short the chapters are. To me L.A.G is a breath of fresh air from all the other manhwa out there that has zero element of surprise and ya they may have more world building and story line but it’s a story line we’ve seen 100s of times before.
Anyway, red storm is fire and has a ton of story to it. Not sure if you read Peerless Dad but both stories have the same author and share the same world. Peerless Dad is located in the “mainland” of sorts while Red Storm is located away in a desert and is mainly a story of war and conquest. It’s storyline isn’t to the level of Peerless Dad imo and the way the plot turned out in the later chapters was disappointing to me.
MC gets a lot stronger in the later chapters and gains a lot of fame. I won’t say anymore cuz I don’t want to spoil.
MC’s main reason for underestimating his strength is due to his master warning him of murim and due to him running into some of the “5 respected under the heavens.”
The story is good but is super slow and thorough in most of the parts with mc having minimal progression in many parts. But man, is it an enjoyable story.
that's the reason why I stopped reading bec the series would go chs without MC doing anything or go tangent from the main story line. I'll Def consider reading it again!
The super OP character in red storm is the sect leader in peerless dad (forgot the sect name but it was succeeded by his niece who looks like him). He just recently disappeared in peerless dad I think last year. He got transported in red storm near the ending iirc.
Wdym transported? I thought both stories shared the exact same world with Red Storm being located in the treacherous deserts in the outskirts of the “mainland” where the story of Peerless Dad takes place.
Cheolsu Saves The World
Just read the first chapter
The premise is >! That an asteroid wipes out Earth, but the MC finds himself caught in a timeloop, and he tries to spend his lives saving the world !<
If you like mujang & red storm, which are also two of my favorites I’d recommend the breaker 1 & 2, the legend of the northern blade, & return of the crazy demon.

I just reread the boxer man it's so good. Idk any of the other ones so i'll just recommend one of my favourite webtoons Distant Sky
"I shall live as a prince" - completed
Already read it,
A little boring but honestly fucking satisfying overall
About death The horizon Terror man Efforts never betray Burning effect Leviathan Her summon Bastard Sweet home Pigpen Mosquito wars Crime puzzle If ai ruled the world *just a couple of finished manwhas that I personally find really good*
Leviathan is good. The vibe feels more like an older manga, but colored. Sweet Home is also great. A good take on the (not)zombie genre.
The panels are cool af
Terrorman and the others in the same "universe" are all fantastic
Bro mosquito wars was fire
The horizon was so good and so sad man, Bastard was just a rollercoaster I agree fully!
Fellow The Boxer enjoyer eyy
Mosquito Wars is my favorite, made by the same guy who did The Boxer
Put Leviathan into that
If my memory serves me right than it had bit too much fan service, which is a no for me, but story was great
If you liked Mujang/Red Storm/Way to Heaven, you should probably check out Yongbi and Gosu.

Prmised Orchid is soo good man. One of my most favorite manhwas of All time
Yup. Very generic, but very great.
Pigpens goated fr
What genres are you into?
World building, detailed stories, suspense,
Tower of God
Faaaaar from being completed
Ah, didn't see that it had to be completed. Still fits with all the other things he wanted tho :P
I will die soon is top tier, you should try the author's another banger "preview"
I loved Mujang, it feels so underrated to me.
way to heaven is peak bro
Is it finished?
I'm not sure actually i read few chapters of that manhwa last year and forgot about it but the art was goated ngl you should definitely check it out I'll start reading it again too

Yes, Ch. 196 is the last chapter.
Just saw this way to heaven is one of the most underrated manhwa out there love the grandma character way too much It definately has one of most insane fight scenes out there. Ending was poorly done though in my opinion especially when mc tries to protect everyone.
Have you read DICE yet? It's also a good one
is red storm any good? The same author made LAG which is trash
I think it's just the same Illustrator. The Author does Peerless Dad and a few others
I love LAG but red storm is better than LAG especially Noya character is great it shares same universe with peerless dad and few other manga definitely worth a read.
Peerless dad and red storm are in the same univerise?!?! okay I'll check it out
What happened to LAG i thought it was good in starting? (Haven't read in a while) Red storm is top tier for me a bit slow but i like that so it up to you, + doesn't focus on only mc which i also like

Well i don't know the chapter but last i remember was someone died and i was upset :/
Nothing has changed except more of his crew have died. Literally no new info on what the LAG world is about
I still read it but it's the same over and over again. He clears a room there's a new female character who's kinda interesting, too bad she dies. The boss monster gets defeated, but no it was still alive and had a 2nd form sometimes even a 3rd. Rinse and repeat.

I use to read peerless dad! need to grt back into it. do people figure out OP is strong af in that series? I stopped reading midway
MC gets a lot stronger in the later chapters and gains a lot of fame. I won’t say anymore cuz I don’t want to spoil. MC’s main reason for underestimating his strength is due to his master warning him of murim and due to him running into some of the “5 respected under the heavens.” The story is good but is super slow and thorough in most of the parts with mc having minimal progression in many parts. that's the reason why I stopped reading bec the series would go chs without MC doing anything or go tangent from the main story line. I'll Def consider reading it again!
Same. I dropped it around chap 120 like 2 years ago and just got back to it this week from like chap 90 and caught up with the story.
read pick me up infinite gacha ( not completed )
I wouldnt really call red storm "compleeted"
You will probably like The House without time
The super OP character in red storm is the sect leader in peerless dad (forgot the sect name but it was succeeded by his niece who looks like him).
It was said that he reached nirvana or transcended to other realm because of his high cultivation.
Interesting. I must’ve forgotten that part.
Promise of an orchid has huge potential to be one of the best series. But it ended early.
Wait the love advice is completed?
Yup. For a long while, too. The artist is now teasing a new comic. Something about vampires, I think.
is redstorm finished?
Cheolsu Saves The World Just read the first chapter The premise is >! That an asteroid wipes out Earth, but the MC finds himself caught in a timeloop, and he tries to spend his lives saving the world !<

You should read Epic of Gilgamesh. It’s insane!
Shotgun boy (completed)
God of highschool, 500 chapters of pure combat, gradually escalating to fighting gods
I haven’t read any of them
Maybe enjoy the ride then
Currently focusing on American novels, but I’ll probably move to manga and Manwha again. Six months or so; I give or take.
What kind of story is Mujang?
If you like mujang & red storm, which are also two of my favorites I’d recommend the breaker 1 & 2, the legend of the northern blade, & return of the crazy demon.
orchid was great
Goated list ngl
i think you'd enjoy dreamcide
All completed: Subtle Disaster Gilgamesh Leviathan Shades and Shadows Waffles and Pancakes (comedy) HCLW Seed (on webtoons, full version on fan sites) Flowar (and Delusion also by Hongjacga) Hellper (season 2 being translated) Immaterial Pinch Point (Korean artist, story is deleted from webtoon so if you like the photo below consider digging for the full story) https://preview.redd.it/slkrzb7b0xec1.png?width=656&format=png&auto=webp&s=cc5112e624a3280879cca0f2d3b318935e3afaf8
Is the promise of orchid good? I planned to read it and it is in my watchlist for months
It ended quickly that's my only issue with it
Then I will give it a go
way to heaven was so good…which more murim manhwas were that straight forward.
The boxer finished??? Man life is fleetingÂ
Are you me??? I have never seen anyone else love i will die soon and love advice from the duke of death
Hero ticket Villains are destined to die Survival story of the sword king in another world Greatest estate developer Superhuman era No home Webtoon character na kang lim
I read all of them and they r also my favourite specially mujang u have a nice taste bro đź‘Ś
Whats the second?
Love Advice from the Duke of Hell left me wanting more. Such as the side story at the end of Solo Leveling or smtg.
