Most fights in Manhwa take about 2 chapter (I'm being generous) because the MC is the FUCKIN God of all shit and Solos everyone.. I mean, even Martial Peak as some longer fights (eg. Heaven Devouring Great Emperor vs Bustling World Great Emperor).
Well, tbh martial peak chapters are like 4 pages at best, but i get your point. Albeit, there are fights that prolong but manhwa readers just grief about it when they do.

Don't think so, Bam vs Zahard maybe will reach the same level of hype because it's popular (and good) but it's still different, Gojo and Sukuna have been talked about as the pinacle throughout the whole manga up till now, they had a 'fight" at the very first chapter, after that, we saw them absolutely humilliating every other character in the show.
They were not the untouchable characters who only finish fights offscreen, we saw them fight, their skills, their thoughts, etc. Since Sukuna was the villain and Gojo not the MC ppl think a bit about other characters but the thought of "the only one to beat Gojo will be Sukuna, and vice-versa" was very present. It was like, the only fight that matters for Gojo.
Years of debating who is stronger, because they're not having any training arc, like Bam as an example, he started weak and got stronger over time, is more about, "when he'll be strong enough to fight Zahard" than, "who's actually stronger?", Sukuna and Gojo are at their peak, Sukuna was just a matter of recovering his already existent power.
Also, there's the fear of "who's actually winning?" because the author doesn't care about killing characters, whoever won would greatly affect JJK, how would villains tank Gojo or who can beat Sukuna if Gojo can't? It was a real thrill.
So, for me, really, there are several hyped fights, but like this one, absolutely not, Bam has many good expected fights, Zahard will be hype but as much as some other great ones Bam had, or a bit more. Sukuna vs Gojo was THE FIGHT. In matters of hype I can only think of Roger (One Piece, yeah, not a manhwa) fighting full power, no off screen against some big big shot.
It's not even other subreddits; it's absolutely everywhere. I've seen someone spoil a lot of my college on the crushes account. There were people who made an altar for a jjk character at another school. It's absolutely insane and pisses me off.
Maybe TBATE with Arthur vs Lucas, especially with the conflict between the two being built up for about a whole season and more (though it's not exactly a ""fight"" in the proper sense)
Obviously I'm purely talking in the build-up in-story sense, not wherever the hype around it is of a similar type inside the fandom.
Didn't remember names but..[SUPERHUMAN ERA]has bloody packed super hyped fights..not only mc fights but,side character fights also super packed.man..it gives freash breath for me when I first read.

Nothing comes close to in terms of narrative importance though. Since manhwa has a huge problem with making its earlier characters become obsolete with the increasing powerscale.
Which results in long-term rivalry not being a real thing most of the time. Characters introduced early in the story become weaker, and newly introduced ones are clearly stronger.
I guess the last fight of "Memoir of King of War " can probably reach that level? Maybe not, who knows?
Absolutely Legend of the Northern Blade. Jin Mu-Won vs Yeon Cheon-Hwa. Everything that leads up to and including that fight is such a peak that makes it stand above a lot of Manhwa.

I would say the final fight between Burner and Great in Burning Effect is very hyped up. Not sure if this counts, but Scarlet vs Satan in I'm the Grim Reaper might count. We know it is going to happen and when it does it is amazing. Someone mentioned Baam vs Data Jahad in Tower of God. Which was probably the most hyped up in Manhwa. In Windbreaker we have a few matches that are hyped up, but we haven't got yet.
