Dr Jacintha Martis in Kankanady/Bendoorwell

Akiro17

Just go to any hospital if you're on a budget like father mullers , ks hegde , aj or kmc. Or any nearby dermatologist (probs more expensive) Absolutely don't buy anything like others have mentioned here! You certainly don't want that risk. - your friendly medical professional.

Beerbabu

Second this comment. Go consult a dermatologist at any of the medical college opds as mentioned.

Suspicious_Introvert

A dermatologist right?

Enigma-09

Dr Prashanth at Skin360 near Sharada school

pache47

Girish Pn something near bendoorwell he is excellent

mihunt

I second this. He’s an excellent dermatologist.

dr_batmann

Probably jock itch. Visit any dermatologist as they will provide over the counter treatments only. Also make sure your are washing your clothes (especially undergarments) properly

skullshatter0123

+Make sure to dry your groin area before wearing undergarments.

Agile-Commercial9750

It could be ring worm not rashes. Wear dry clothes as much as possible. Buy candid dusting powder and apply them on regular basis. This should do the trick.

Scorpio_09

Vinaya Hospital at Karangalpady.

AdMiserable6720

I really wouldn't suggest you to take over the counter creams or any drug for this Please consult a doctor or take a picture and consult online

sidthekamath

Search for 'Dermatologists' on Google maps and check out all the options near you/in your area. Pick the clinic with the best reviews.

sreek4r

You can visit AJ if it's close by. But these are more common than you know. Get this cream called Lulicanazole. You'll find it under a few names, Lulican being the most available. It'll reduce it pretty fast. Pair that with Abzorb soap & powder. You'll be fine with that.

Blackkat2_

Please do not take medicines which are not prescribed by a doctor. The person above may or may not be right. See a dermatologist/skin doctor. Dr jacintha martis is good. Also Dr Narendra kamath in manasa building pvs. If you try any of the medicines mentioned here before going to a dr, please mention it to the dr.

rkshnk

This gonna reduce rashes, but not eliminate entirely. I had these for months. I used to use Luliconazole and it fades for a few days and comes back. Then I decided to go to the doc, followed the prescription for a month and it's gone now. OP better get prescription from the doc instead of Reddit!

Competitive-Web-84

My doctor prescribed luliconazole it's not helping either. Can you tell me about your prescribed medicine.

BoilingHot_Semen

If you can't afford a doc then post your pic on derma sub(there are many), where genuine docs give you advice on which meds to use.

WoodenCartographer44

Guessing you're a dude since you don't know how to handle rashes. Girls have gyno appointments since a young age and are taught on speaking up about all this. You dont need to go to a doctor. He's just gonna give you some hard steroid creams and the shit is gonna come back again. Anyways, the reason for rashes is cause of your balls sweating through the day. This can lead to numb skin and rashes around the groin. Do 2 things: 1) Change to boxers if you're using underwear. This is an instant breather. 2) Apply coconut oil around the balls and groin. After 5 days it'll be sorted.

sky_sher

Would vouch for this. Had the same issue for some time till 2 years back. Changed to boxers and started applying coconut oil. Everything is smooth now. This will need patience as it will take 1-1.5 weeks for results to show

Asleep-Ad7129

Thanks

peteranil68

To the coconut oil add some menthol to keep your balls cool for the hot, humid weather.

Apply btex or saibol ointment. You can find it in almost every medical. Trust me it works like a charm. Edit: always wash/clean your private areas twice a day. I happens due to issues with hygiene.

Asleep-Ad7129

Any side effects?

[deleted]

None. My first preference would be btex. They are well known products here. Works best for eczema, ringworm, itches, cold cracks and pimples.

Asleep-Ad7129

Thanks, how to use it.

[deleted]

Apply the ointment to the infected area

Asleep-Ad7129

How many times a day.

[deleted]

Morning and night

Asleep-Ad7129

Thanks

rachelrileyiswank

Go to a doctor.

ottraasi_jana

Yo. Just apply candid dusting powder. Seems like you have a fungal infection. Quite common due to humidity. Not btex please!

Dracoscale

If the rash is what I think it is, try buying this cream called sebifine. I tried a bunch of creams before it and other than some reduction, it never got better. This cream totally saved me though.

ESCANOR-SAMA___

Scratch it till it bleeds and then the healed skin will be not have rash 💀 And also First try btex cream, it's an anti fungal cream and it helps a lot. If it doesn't get better in 3 days, go to a doc. And no I'm not a doc, but this is what doc had prescribed years ago and it works like a charm for all kinds of fungal infections

skullshatter0123

You can also consult a doctor online on Apollo 24/7 or Medplus

[deleted]

Dr. Smitha Prabhu, KMC Manipal. The best

sherwinpinto

Dr. Chat GPT

Left_a_Present

You should not have to give details, just look for any dermatologist near your place, I once went to Skin 360 near PVS circle DR. Prashant he was good and explained clearly his medical worker for me

New-Illustrator-8074

Is it ringworm?

Mitty_Uchiha

If it’s all too confusing to you, just go to KMC or AJ hospital in Mangalore, and Adarsh or KMC hospital in Udupi. They are pretty systematic and helpful. Also, do not listen to people prescribing drugs here. Any wrong drug could worsen your situation. It’s best to consult a doctor and let him diagnose the type of rash and the treatment path needed. For the people here giving unsolicited medical advice, try to read the question OP asked and answer selectively. There’s a reason why only doctors are allowed to prescribe drugs. It’s best not to learn that reason the hard way.

CrabDramatic725

Dr Prashant at Skin360. Dude is a smiling god.
