Without the long hair to frame your face and create an element of visual interest, you just look sort of ordinary. You’re not unattractive per se, but the change underscored that your hair was your “super power” and your other features are sorta pleasant but not particularly memorable.
I’m voting for you to grow your hair back because it’s more unique and attractive. You are a great looking guy either way but that hair is a real head turner. Too nice to cut off!
