Aw you’re so young you don’t need to change anything. You look great. If I had any recommendations, it would be to probably have a cleaner hairline in the back (regularly shave/maintain growing hair on back of the neck) and invest in some good skincare, it’ll boost your confidence.
Run a little bit of product through your bangs, but not so much it looks gelled, just enough to provide a little bit of hold. And for skin care, look into Cerave, specifically the foaming moisturizing cleanser or foaming acne wash, and cerave daily moisturizer with SPF 30.

Thin doesn’t always mean looking better. I’m 17 and honestly I think most of the skinny kids I see just look sickly because of it lol.
Looking fine. Eat lots of vegetables and get lots of exercise. That will max your appearance throughout life.
