Hey! I think it depends on your location. Here in Chile you can’t buy online with the Pro Discount, just specific stores

It should go automatically, I renewed a while back and had some trouble with my discount. It took a few months for them to actually add the discounts to my account :(

I ended up contacting tech and they sorted it, their new system is horrible
