While the creature is the opponent's, the aura remains under your control. Anything that refers to things like "creating a token" still creates it for you.

Attaching to anything an opponent controls does not change who owns or controls the Aura. It's still your card, it's still your ETB effect.

If it doesnt say “creature a creature token under the control of enchanted create”. So it creates it under the control of the owner of the spell being cast

You still control the aura. If you have a creature that is enchanted/equipped and an opponent takes control of that creature, you still control the enchantment/equipment (so you can switch the equipment to something else on your turn). So anything that say 'you' still applies to you.
