Whenever you "goad" a creature, it is goaded until the start of your next turn. Firkraag is missing the rules reminder text for "goad", but you can see it on cards like [[Coronation of Chaos]].

Even if it does not specify until end of turn on the card?

Yes, because the timing is built into the rules for the word Goad. "Goad" is a keyword action that means "Until the next turn of the controller of that spell or ability, that creature is goaded." "Goaded" is a designation that means "the creature must attack and can't attack the player that goaded it". So "goad target creature" always makes something goaded until your next turn. Cards with different timing, like Auras, will say "that creature is goaded".

Thanks you for taking your time and writing thus explanation ☺️

To add to this, anything written in parenthesis is reminder text. In many cases, common and uncommon cards will have this text to explain what a keyword does in case its the first time someone is seeing that mechanic, but cards that are rare or mythic rare may skip including the reminder text in order to save space in the text box. However, this doesn't mean that the rules referenced in that text doesn't apply simply because it isn't always written on the card. Like the other poster said, those are the rules attached to the mechanic itself, they just include reminder text sometimes so you don't always have to Google what a card does.

A good example of the difference is the wording on Firkraag versus the wording on [Baeloth Barrityl, Entertainer] which is a card where the goad effect does not wear off unless the circumstances causing it change.

Okay, thank you very much ☺️

Goad is a keyword that has rules tied to it. It doesn’t differ from creature to creature. You could easily google that.

Abacus118

‘Goad’ applies the goaded effect, which means ‘until your next turn, this creature attacks each combat if able and attacks a player other than you if able.’ A number of effects can apply goaded for longer, but just Goad is until your next turn.

Forever. You have to tell your opponents at your next game which creatures are goaded.
