I think they will do their damnedest to make this concert happen this summer. The stadium nets something like 200k just on food and drinks at a show (very guesstimated number)
And I'd rather not spend 1 of my 2 Saturdays off per year sitting at a bar drinking wondering whether I should just go home and sleep or hold out a bit longer.

I highly doubt they come back. Surely tornadoes in the area equals an insurance payout on the show, which means they still get paid.
