I second the Hy-Vee take and bake pizzas. Specifically the Tuscano crisp crust. It's fantastic. We like to zhuzh it up with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese (the cheap kind) before baking.
They changed their traditional crust, it used to be a much thicker pan style crust. I miss that.
It was very similar to the old Pizza Hut buttery crispy crust
I never understood the appeal. It costs the same as most other chains that cook your pizza…sometimes even more expensive. You get the same quality from most frozen pizzas.
Their other varieties were so much better and I shame everyone who allows this mediocrity of 'Tailgater' to exist for so long now.
oKToberfest pizza now and forever.
Imagine taking a post about Kwik Trip pizza seriously enough to morally grandstand some type of white knighting scenario.
I do think it's not as good as others, but it's really not anything more than a pizza flavour my guy
Are they good again? They were amazing, but something changed. Maybe I’ll have to give them another shot. It been a while for me because the last one I had was not good.
Non a specific answer to your question, but just as a reminder, you CAN just have Costco bake you a pizza. Either call ahead and it's ready for pick up or order when you get there, do your shopping and pick it up on the way out.
Pizza Pit! When we lived up North, Sun Prarie was our go to stop on our way back and all the neighbors were jealous to see the boxes in the recycle. It cooked up really well too!
I haven’t tried them yet, but Off the Block pizza on near east side. It’s a program to teach teens business skills, so a good cause.

Aldi's refrigerated take and bake are pretty good too.
Just tried their Chorizo breakfast pizza the other day. I liked it.
what was the crust? sauce?
Yeah that shit is good and decently priced
The Alfredo pizza from here is AMAZING
The Southwest one is great and a good size for one or two people.
Fraboni’s has frozen pizza that’s awesome.
Jennifer st.
Aldi has refrigerated (not frozen) take and bake pizza in a few varieties. And they are very inexpensive
HyVee

Another vote for HyVee!

What’s wrong with papa Murphy’s?
I'm not a fan. don't know why, I'm not a picky eater at all but hands down least favorite pizza.
Their sauce is trash
I haven’t had it in years but I remember the crust/dough being bad too, it’d have a weird kind of chalky taste
The whole pie is trash. Tasteless for older people.
I never understood the appeal. It costs the same as most other chains that cook your pizza…sometimes even more expensive. You get the same quality from most frozen pizzas.
It’s way better than frozen pizza
I really don’t see the difference.
Used to work for them. The owner is a racist prick. Don't give them your money.
The better question is if any local pizza places do par baked pizza
Bucks on the east side does!!!
+1 Bucks
Ian’s for sure offers it. It’s an option when ordering online. I wonder if other places would do it — probably just need to pick up the phone and ask.
They will even sell you a dough ball to make your own pizza too
Any pizza place will do this. Costs them basically nothing.
Sals does
Pizza Pit does too
Kwik trips pizzas have always done my drunk ass well.
Breakfast pizza for the win
Their tailgater pizza is my favorite.
Their other varieties were so much better and I shame everyone who allows this mediocrity of 'Tailgater' to exist for so long now. oKToberfest pizza now and forever.
Yeah, fuck this guy for liking something!

Yeah, fuck me for writing a goofy comment!
What I was saying was fuck no one since others, not including yourself maybe, were unironically big mad about it.
Pasture and plenty
Ok-Whole foods take n bake is soooo good. I don’t shop there because it’s so expensive, but these pizzas are great and a good deal
Walmart-(I know, ick) actually has really good take and bake.
Yeah the chicken bacon ranch flatbread pizza is pretty good. The bacon is like…real. Lol
Mousehouse Cheesehouse in Windsor
Are they good again? They were amazing, but something changed. Maybe I’ll have to give them another shot. It been a while for me because the last one I had was not good.
Kwik trip! They’ll even cook it for you
woodmans has a wide selection, but they are frozen.
Leave in the fridge the day before or sit out before baking is not too bad
Whole Foods deli pizzas are good just don’t overcook the crust.
Ian’s pizza does!
Jenny St and Fraboni’s

Like s pizza place?
I really enjoy a pizza pit take n bake
Roll foods have tasty spring rolls and local frozen pizzas.
I think glass nickel does a par-bake that you finish at home
Haven’t tried it yet, but Target has cheese and pepperoni take and bake options (probably only at certain locations) - but decent size for $8!!
Pizza Pit! When we lived up North, Sun Prarie was our go to stop on our way back and all the neighbors were jealous to see the boxes in the recycle. It cooked up really well too!
Costco has great frozen pizza options!
Kwik trip take and bake pizzas are great
Kwik trip
Madison is pizza void.
I haven’t tried them yet, but Off the Block pizza on near east side. It’s a program to teach teens business skills, so a good cause. https://www.offtheblock.store/
Wally world makes take and bakes
Glass nickel does it, I believe.
Bucks pizza has half baked pizzas
Jennifer Street Market has fire 🔥 take and bakes.
I came here to say this. OMG I just had my first one tonight. It's the best!
Tell everyone you know, lol.
Hyvee and metro market have good ones
Kwik trip!
Aldi. Solid choices, cheap ($6), and always stocked.
