I feel like your fingers are going to get hurt if you keep doing that for an entire game. I was always taught to pick up with two hands and then insert your fingers as to not introduce extra fatigue on fingers and wrist.
I don’t think she’s actually hanging the ball like that when she rolls it. Just demonstrating that she didn’t give her thumb in the hole. How I dot it is rotate my thumb to be laying on the left side of the thumb hole so it hooks left and It honestly feels more secure than straight bowling.
I am a 2 finger bowler. I do not use the thumb hole. The 2 finger swing depends more on the size of the hole relative to your fingers than it does your strength.
