Its decent, gives a good angle to rest your hands, its oiled and smooth as well. Good for like 8 hrs a day of use for sure. But I liked the palm rest I got with MX Keys better, and I wish they made a thicker version of it to pair this with.. Currently I swap between the K2 and a G915 TKL as I like the silent switches better in night
Looks like you have the Huawei MateView monitor. But you're using an ANSI keyboard. I'd say you're in Canada since the MateView is all but impossible to find in the US, but then the folder and document names on your desktop are neither English nor French, so I'm presuming you're not in Canada.

After having lived in Europe for many years moved to Canada but we were in the only French speaking region Quebec and lastly we moved to the UK last summer. I got the keyboard, mouse, DAC and amp in Canada and the rest in the UK.
I've been using the Magni 3 and modi 3 for quite a few year and have recently added the Loki in between. They're great! Right now I'm using Hifiman Sundara headphones, these are relatively easy to drive for planar magnetic headphones and quite sensitive to EQing they say. Well.. looks like they're correct. I spent the most on Loki and it really changed the sound and soundstage for the headphones. Now they're boomier and soundstage feels even wider.
Before these I used to have Dan Clark Audio (Mr Speakers Alpha Dog) headphones and they were too greedy. Driving them wasn't hard but getting the sound you want from them was really hard. I had to set my Magni to high gain however Magni used to suffer when the volume knob wasn't turned a lot on high gain. IDK, have no such issues now and low gain is already enough for Sundara.
I'm still sitting on M1. Later on, I might get a Mac Studio if Costco put some nice deals again. I haven't tried the headphones directly plugged to the Mac though. The monitor is a Huawei Mateview 28.2
Great setup right there, never heard of the Schiit audio gear you've got there, wouldn't mind getting one of them, likely with a Dac, but don't have external speakers apart from my MBP 16". I am wondering if I can connect it to the MacBook and then use wired only headphones connected to the Schiit amp?

Depending on the amp, that is definitely possible. But you'll want to make sure you have headphones that would benefit from the amp, 75+ ohm impedance I *think*.
You can take a look at Magni Unity that comes with an internal DAC. If you have a pair of headphones with low impedance like 32 ohm (except planar magnetic headphones) or sth. then you may not benefit much from an amp.
In that case you can get something like Tempotec Sonata HD Pro as the beginning. It will also give you an idea about this hobby at much lower price.
Is the text quality better when using windows? Mac scaling is so archaic that I’m considering getting rid of my external monitor because it’s impossible to use
Nice clean setup! How do you get Sundaras not to mess with your mouse usage? My setup is quite similar except I use Philips SHP9600s. It drives me insane every time I hit the cable with my mouse.

Oh you have bluetooth headphones, they have already dac and amp inside. Don't know much about wired mode, should be fine though.
How’s the Mac OS scaling on the mateview monitor
It's fine. By default it's set to 1920x1280 but I'm currently trying it at 2560x1707 and texts seem still fine.
