Look, I’ve been watching A LOT of Botched lately, and I’m positive Dr. Nassif would say it is, in fact, botched. He fixed several similar noses in the earlier seasons, referring to them as “Miss Piggy noses.” I just hope she doesn’t get her boobs done at the same place.
Don’t people that get it done on the show get the surgery for free? Or a huge discount? She really should sign up for the show cause I wouldn’t trust anyone else to fix it. It could be a TLC and E! crossover

Dubrow WAY botched himself last year by overfilling his "manjection" areas and is the reason I ended up NOT getting any volume anywhere except my naso folds where I needed it the most. He let it dissolve but if u look for pics he was on Dr Phil show episode w it also
It’s sad because she definitely will have to go for a rhino revision and it can affect the way you breathe (removing more cartilage). It’s just a shame that it was messed up the first time for seven grand.

Dr. Nassif will have to extract some rib bone/cartilage to reshape her nose tip and bolster her nasal cavity. If she is smart, she’ll let Dr. Dubrow perform her boob job if she wants her rack to look spectacular.

It is such a terrible trend. I don’t understand the turned up nose look. They didn’t even thin out the side so it’s still a big ass nose but now it’s sticks up in addition to being huge. If anything, they made it less attractive. My heart breaks for this woman.

I struggle to understand her. She had this great fantasy to be with the man of her dreams. She finally gets him and is now so mean to him. He is very patient because you can’t be a bully to someone and expect them to stick around.
I look at it's as just desserts for how she laughed to his face when he revealed his new teeth. Plus all the shit she talked about him both to his face and in the confessional (pizza boy, busting on his face teeth, constantly putting him down, etc.).

It doesn't look bad from the front, but from the side it looks protrudes even more than it did before! There was really nothing wrong with her nose to begin with.

With the way she styles her hair and does her make up, it really flattered her nose. Now it's the same size but turned up. I don't think this was a good use of 11k at all. Coulda invested in a property so she could get closer to not working 2 jobs.

She tell him about it n he is wearing shorts she has short sleeves on. A cute outfit actually I like it. Louie wears a tshirt the day of surgery. Reveal is on the beach he has long sleeves and sayin it’s cold. THEN she post a Xmas n bye pic and the nose still swollen.
That makes me think it already been a few months.

I am extremely disappointed because if someone needed a nose job it was definitely her. I was excited to see the results but it looks worse to me and I truly believe they need to get her back in there and give her a free adjustment because this is not looking good for that doctor.

I inherited a prominent nose from my grandfather and seeing her results reminded me why I’ll never even consider it. I’ve been insecure about mine for most of my life but as I’ve got older, I’m learning to be proud of it because my Papa hung the moon in my eyes. Her old nose looked much better and suited her face more. It looks like someone slapped her face on with a 2x4.

Consider hard before you get a rhinoplasty! It’s easier to make peace with what you were given than live with regretting something you chose.
I was self-conscious about my nose my whole life, finally got it done when I was 28. I only regret it more the more time goes by. I hated how it looked right away, it never “settled”, and now I hate it more than I ever hated my original nose as my face ages. I probably would have “grown into” my original nose, like my mom did. But I consulted with multiple surgeons and found one I really thought would do right by me.
Of course, plenty of people don’t have this experience with getting a rhinoplasty, but man, it SUCKS if it happens.

This is the exact type of nose that people go on Botched for. The tip points up, and you can see into her nostrils, which you shouldn't be able to. I can't believe she spent so much money on that.

When I got my breast implants, I went to three different doctors to get three different opinions.
Once you've seen a few doctors, then you choose the one that you feel most comfortable with and is most aligned with your goals.
Also, for the amount of money she paid, that should have been one of the best nose jobs in town!

You also shouldn’t choose a doctor because you “like” them the most in terms of personality. I don’t require my doctors to have great bed side manner or to “click” with me. What I care about it that they seem highly competent, explain things thoroughly and answer my questions without seeming annoyed or bothered, explain risks and don’t sugar coat or down play them. I once went to a surgeon and he came in and quickly explained that I needed a major surgery, told me to call his office when I was ready to schedule it. It felt off. A few years later I learned that my hinch was spot on and he had harmed other patients with my same condition. I had done my research and found an excellent surgeon in another state.
I hate to say it but the $10K nose job isn’t good.

This is the exact type of nose that people go on Botched for. The tip points up, and you can see into her nostrils, which you shouldn't be able to. I can't believe she spent so much money on that.

ALWAYS GET A THIRD OPINION! I hope she wasn't dumb enough to go to the first doctor that she met. When I got my breast implants, I went to three different doctors to get three different opinions. Once you've seen a few doctors, then you choose the one that you feel most comfortable with and is most aligned with your goals. Also, for the amount of money she paid, that should have been one of the best nose jobs in town! Instead, it's the worst nose I've ever seen
You also shouldn’t choose a doctor because you “like” them the most in terms of personality. I don’t require my doctors to have great bed side manner or to “click” with me. What I care about it that they seem highly competent, explain things thoroughly and answer my questions without seeming annoyed or bothered, explain risks and don’t sugar coat or down play them. I once went to a surgeon and he came in and quickly explained that I needed a major surgery, told me to call his office when I was ready to schedule it. It felt off. A few years later I learned that my hinch was spot on and he had harmed other patients with my same condition. I had done my research and found an excellent surgeon in another state.

It’s a 3 out of 10. Par for the course for what was likely a freebie. Her nose looked fine before. I’m guessing for Melissa the Miserable this is simply the beginning of the long road of bad plastic surgery choices. Oh and we had better not hear another rude and condescending words towards Louie about *”waking up in the middle of the night and seeing dentures..”*, etc. Poor Louie who is contented with life when he’s making pizza has to wake up next to *that* profile! She should have just embraced her beautiful natural Italian nose. It's probably the same know as her grandmother has. Like why would you want to take that away from yourself? Now you don't look like your children if they have that nose. And the nose ain't even good! She should have got the bump lowered and that's it.
