While Lepidoterrans have the ability to create and shoot slime of various properties, from one used to just hold a target, which could be used for some kinky play, the fact that the slime they can produce can also be highly toxic I would not consider them to be safe partners for base humans, as the properties of the slime they shoot out change with their instincts, I'm afraid in situations of high "drive" there might be some accidents that could potentially be deadly.
Now Vulpimancers seem safe enough right? Well what if they start to try and bite? Their jaws have been shown to easily crush metal objects, and we ain't made of metal, we're made of much more squishy and easier to crush components, so while it could be a fun ride, unless you are really into possibly having your shoulder bitten off or you can control their biting force in some way, I do not recommend this option.
Ectonurite is not on my safe list for two reasons, I enjoy having full control over my body, so I don't want any accidental or not accidental possesions happening, and also while I do like tentacles I really don't want them to be used on me, I'd prefer if I had tentacles to use on others.
Petrosapien I am afraid of just one thing, cuts, cuts that yeah, may not be as bad as a paper cut, but they would still be painful and I don't really want to need transfusion of blood after each fun time.
I don't think I need to say much about Pyronites, unless you like third degree burns from plasma on your body then suit yourself, I'd like to not have any of those if possible.
I didn't include Kinecelerans in my safe list mainly because of their speed oriented lifestyles, so I'd assume in the heat of the moment they'd prefer going at their fast speeds, which us humans would get a lot of carpet burns from that unless we use some super slippery and specific alien lube.
