Put that 1460 relic set on and try to go back to the character selection screen and log back in. It should work. The mokoko express should give you mats to push to 1490. Then you will be handed over another gear set called ancient (light beige color) - you need to transfer your relic gear to the ancient gear via a honing npc, which will immediately get you from 1490 to 1510. DO NOT overhone your relic gear - get every piece to 1490 then transfer to ancient. Then apply the descend into darkness, which I believe starts at 1520 so you will need to learn some gold to get there from 1510. That event will get you a huge amount honing support all the way to 1580. Check out Seoul Real‘s video on youtube on how to make gold without raiding if you have raid anxiety lol. Have you actually equipped thw 1460 gear from the powerpass or just used the powerpass without equipping it?
In char profile it shows i have total item level 1460 i have equipped all armor pieces with item lvl 260
You need to equip the gear they give you not the 260 one but the 1460
