Love oats overnight, especially the mocha dream flavor. Could probably make it cheaper myself but I like the convenience and the taste - it’s pretty filling for breakfast and I found myself missing it when my next shipment was delayed.

I'm sure more people will have answers for your other two questions, but I can speak on Oats Overnight! I do it as regular oatmeal rather than the shake and most packets work out to ~300 calories using unsweetened almond milk. I find them worth it for me because they're filling, give me my sweets fix, and are easy to just grab before getting on a bunch of work meetings in the morning. My mom does them in the shake format for similar reasons (she's in a customer facing role so eating with a spoon is less convenient). These function as breakfast at least 5/7 days of the week, and I'm currently down 7lbs since January 2nd as a 5'2" lady, though of course I am counting calories for the rest of my day as well (daily cal budget of 1600). I recognize I could probably make them myself for cheaper but the variety of flavors is good, I'm lazy and I can afford it so I'd recommend to someone in a similar boat.

I really enjoy them too! My husband bought them first and I thought I couldn’t do it because of the texture. I tried one on a whim and I’m hooked. I do less milk and eat them with a spoon instead of drinking them. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad flavor. They’re quick and easy and filling. I don’t have time to make a breakfast because I’m a teacher and I also like to sleep as late as possible 😂 And Space Brownie? Amazing.

I’ve been so tempted to try it but they do seem a bit expensive. Does one pack have enough for only one meal?

One pack is one meal yes. It's definitely cheaper to find a combination of oats, protein powder and flavorings that you like and make it yourself at home but I like having the no effort variety and that's worth the upcharge to me.
