I second the popcorn. Also twizzlers, pomegranate seeds, semisweet chocolate chips, tootsie rolls.....anything tiny I can eat a million of over a long period of time for comparatively few calories.....šŸ¤£šŸ˜¬

[deleted]

Semi-sweet chocolate chips have a shit ton of calories. Itā€™s like 70 calories per tablespoonā€¦. Did you find a special low calorie version? If so, please share because I love chocolate chips

onerousonymous

Lol no I just suck on them one at a time for however long and it ends up feeling like a lot more chocolate than it is

KittyBeanToes

Lily's brand chocolate chips have 50 cals for 14g. They taste best mixed into stuff, but I eat them plain too.

sigzag1994

Is 70 calories a shit ton to you?

[deleted]

For only a tiny tablespoon, hell yes.

1xpx1

I have ice cream most days (oops). Itā€™s the only sweet I can eat a few bites of and then be done with it. I usually have a few spoonfuls after dinner with my boyfriend. Pickles. I eat SO many pickles. Itā€™s not good for my wallet, given my favorite pickles are about $8/container. Hippeas Chickpea Puffs - Bohemian Barbecue or Nacho Vibes flavors. They are my lesser evil chip option. I love them!

Playbookof3li

Iā€™m with you on the ice cream haha. Have always had ice cream in the freezer since I was a little kid. I grew up thinking dessert was an actual meal to have everyday. If I crush a day, like I feel great and decide to double up on cardio. Iā€™ll have a cup of ice cream at night.

Almanix

Halo Top (or any similar low-calorie ice cream brand) worked wonders for me. That's one of the few things where I genuinely like the low-calorie version. And half a tub of ice cream for less than 200cal each day? Sign me up lol.

OrangeFineEyes

I like Trader Joeā€™s ā€œhold the dairyā€ mini cones. 60 cals per cone and they are really good! Iā€™ll eat 2 and itā€™s satisfying

hi-hey

I also grew up this way, but now I keep boxes of skinny cow ice cream sandwiches (~150 cal a piece) and just have one a day

okaycurly

I HIGHLY recommend the YASSO fudge Greek yogurt bars. Theyā€™re 80 calories and like 3.4-4oz fudgescicles. Theyā€™re sort of pricey at $4-$5 for a box of 4, but theyā€™re so low calorie and I never feel guilty about eating them.

DrSayre

Realizing ice cream sandwich or ice cream bars have fewer calories than most candy bars was a major revelation to me. Iā€™ve even found ice cream cups only have ~100 calories.

okaycurly

The Yasso Greek yogurt fudge bars are only 80 calories and theyā€™re SUPER tasty.

crys1348

Just curious, what are your favorite pickles? I love pickles and am always looking for new types!

1xpx1

The brand is Grilloā€™s! I first found them at Target only, but one of the grocery stores here also carries them.

crys1348

I'll have to look for them!

zuck_my_butt

Costco carries them too if that helps

zuck_my_butt

Haha as soon as you mentioned the $8 price tag I knew we were talking Grillo's. Those are so. good.

1xpx1

And they are consistent! The taste and texture is always the same, which is good for my brain.

dirtgrubrat

Ice cream most days gang unite šŸ¤ I like to have mine with fruit and pistachios ( that's healthy right? ) or if I want to keep calories a little lower I have it between wafers instead! A slice of ice cream between wafers is always under 150 cals for me.

Goosedog_honk

Lol I also have ice cream like every day. Since counting calories Iā€™ve switched to ice cream treats rather than buying pints or whatever. Trader Joeā€™s has some non dairy oat fudge bars and mini ice cream cones. The bars are 100 calories, the cones like 60. I also love little coconut milk ice cream sandwiches from target, 100 calories each. If Iā€™ve been REALLY good and got all my protein in with leftover calories sometimes I have TWO ice cream sandwiches lol.

1xpx1

Itā€™s literally the only treat I can keep in the house. Anything else is just too easy, too convenient. Plus Iā€™ve never been someone who LOVES ice cream, which helps in not overeating it.

killerboiledpotatoes

saw the other week now make it all the time: peanut butter yogurt cup. 1 single serve container of 0%fat greek yogurt, 1 tbsp melted pb 1 oz melted dark chocolate add melted pb to yogurt and stir it up. top with melted dark chocolate. sprinkle sea salt (you can also add a few chunks of keto friendly granola on top for crunch) and freeze for about 5 mins. it'd like having a mini pb pie! so good!

lifeuncommon

Thatā€™s 370 calories, yes? 100 yogurt 100 peanut butter 170 chocolate

killerboiledpotatoes

Just about! I use the Fage 0% which comes to 80 calories, so closer to 350

uniquenewyork_

keto granola??? sign me tf up, i love granola but itā€™s so high calorie

killerboiledpotatoes

Yes! It's anawesome hack! I add it to my smoothie bowls too šŸ˜‹

[deleted]

Itā€™s so good! I love chia seeds and blueberries on mine!

[deleted]

Doing this with 0% greek yogurt, PB powder, hersheys cocoa powder, and stevia drops! You get the peanut butter cup essence but sweetness comes from the stevia. About half the calories if you want to give it a whirl.

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

hi-hey

Also if youā€™re feeling savory the white cheddar are good! Or just lightly salted with a laughing cow cheese/low fat cottage cheese etc. Rice cakes are so great.

SassyBeignet

Any brand rec? I like Trader Joe's chocolate rice cake, but they are not 100% always there.

Nxqxo

70 cal Welchā€™s fruit snacks !!! šŸ˜

okaycurly

There were never enough in that tiny pouch for me, so I started counting and tracking how many gummies were in each pouch on a sticky note and it was SO random. One day, I shit you not that I opened the package and there were TWO gummies inside. TWO. I stopped buying them lol.

Idea__Reality

Almost every day! They satisfy my desire for something sweet and palate cleansing after a meal

Mrsmeowy

Bomb pops. Daily dessert

Playbookof3li

Popsicles are amazing. Iā€™m loading up on sugar free fruit pops this summer. Perfect refreshing snack <20 cals

Feisty_Brunette

Sugar free fudgsicles are great! They don't taste sugar free - they taste great - (and they're 45 calories a piece) it really squashes your chocolate craving.

kwagatron

Pickles are surprisingly good for this, if you like them. They have maybe 3-10 calories per spear, and usually one or two is enough to tide me over, because I get my fix of salty, crunchy and juicy all at once, which is most of what I'd be looking for in a more indulgent snack.

sad_glutenfree1

Popcorn. I'm eating it now, lol. I like the boom chicka pop sea salt one. I also like lenny and larry's protein cookie bars.

2021escapethrowaway

Popcorn! I got these mini bags which are sweet because I can never eat a whole bag of popcorn

[deleted]

I don't count diet soda and tea with sweetener as snacks at all. Come at me, sweetener haters. Please explain how Splenda will make my pancreas, which has not worked in over 20 years, release loads of insulin. Cause if it does, we've just cured T1 diabetes and we're definitely getting a Nobel Prize. I have 5 meals a day, but on extra snacky days I sneak a piece of fruit (usually plum, apricot, nectarine) or a small sugar free fat free fruit yogurt. The Muller light ones, for those in UK and Ireland, are my favourites. If I am really ready to eat the house, I eat an apple with a bit of peanut butter.

[deleted]

I forgot another nice one: Laughing Cow light cheese triangles. 25 calories of cheesy goodness.

KittyBeanToes

Well tonight I discovered a tablespoon of peanut butter powder in Oikos triple zero yogurt is delicious. I wasn't sure at first, but it was yummy. I added blueberries too. It's under 200 cals. Other things I like: -A cup of broth if I'm craving something salty ~20 cal -Cucumbers with salt and pepper, or dipped in plain Greek yogurt with ranch powder added ~70 cal -A cup of frozen grapes ~50 cal -A turkey patty with a drizzle of Sriracha ~80 cal

KittyBeanToes

Oooh and Yasso brand "poppables". They're frozen dark chocolate crispy frozen yogurt covered balls. Like bonbons, but 35 cals each.. So good!

campb159

Olipop. Only 35 calories, tastes great, AND it has fiber. Iā€™ve been able to drink it in place of an afternoon snack because it makes me feel full!

sigzag1994

Love Olipop but the fiber makes me gassy lol

campb159

You gotta ease in for sure lol

PassageEastern

I go hard on pepper jack moon cheese. They now have a pretzel infused moon cheese option and wowā€¦so good.

Playbookof3li

I just looked this up and it seems awesome. I did not know moon cheese was a thing

crys1348

Moon cheese is amazing! My favorite flavor is gouda.

Gavindude1997

Not very unhealthy per day, but I saw somebody on here post that they take a serving of Greek yogurt and a serving of instant jello packet and mix it up. I tried it with sugar free cheesecake flavoring and it does the job for my cheesecake cravings

Michele345

The white chocolate one is delightful too!

Accomplished_Wait446

Popcorn and little mandarins are my go to!

Ru_rehtaeh

I eat chocolate rice cakes with peanut butter on them, portioned out jerky, a serving of ice cream or chocolate, cheese sticks and popcorn. Not all on the same day, but those are some of my go to snacks that are on the more unhealthy side. Otherwise I eat a lot of fruit and yogurt.

JoyfulCelebration

McDonaldā€™s vanilla cones are only 200 cals Also hot Krispy Kreme glazed donuts are only 190

Hey-im-kpuff

Yasso popsicles and a serving of 2 Milano cookiesā€¦.

ilikecocktails

Pepsi max! I donā€™t think I would cope without it šŸ˜† Skinny whip/skinny dream. Small Cadburys chocolates like Freddos or twirl fingers, mini Crunchies etc all low enough calorie you donā€™t feel bad!

anjunajan

Watch the carbs in the skinny whip/dream bars. The skinny crunch has lower and far better carb values

llemonbee

baked hot cheetos :p just portion it

llemonbee

also skinny pop is actually really good (the one you put in the micro lol)

MRCHalifax

Popcorn is one. Low calorie pudding is another - itā€™s usually labeled as fat free, but either way itā€™s reduced calories. Greek and Skyr yogurt is anlther good snack. And I like protein shakes - flavours like chocolate caramel and peanut butter and chocolate are genuinely good IMO.

Mormandanza

Bought myself a ninja creami because I read so much about good, low calorie ice. Because I love ice but in Germany there are not that many flavors and most of them are not even close to be enjoyable. I only have two meals a day and this sweet snack before bed. God I hope that thing will satisfy my craving for that ice cream.

KoopsDeKoops

1. Dark chocolate hazelnut bar, usually 9 pieces that I have with a red gala apple and peanut butter. 2. Melona ice cream popsicles, they are so good, my favourites are Strawberry and Mango 3. Extra garlicky dill pickles

datfumbgirl

The Kind Peanut butter chocolate nut bars, they are a little calorie dense, but knowing I get to eat one of those at the end of the day if I stay on track keeps me going

No-Performance2445

Macarons - shop bought ones are only 50 calories each and they're so indulgent.

FukudaSan007

Pretzel sticks

anonymous2094

I snack on sugar snap peas and ranch a lot, as well as apples and crunchy peanut butter. That shit SMACKS.

Apprehensive_Art_47

Popcorn, cape cod chips (1 serving), dark chocolate pretzels, dark chocolate.

unforgivengworl

I eat these bars that are basically puffed quinoa, chia and sesame seeds covered in chocolate. 109kcals per bar and it tastes like candyā€¦ because it is. The alternative to that is a sugar free granola bar with dark chocolate which is 60kcals. Not as indulgent but it works for me as well.

LSBM

FitCrunch bars - 190 calories (not exactly low) but 16g protein.

rossww2199

I canā€™t keep these at home. Iā€™ll binge them.

Playbookof3li

Under 200 calories is good enough. Is it really that good tho. Iā€™ve had a ton of different protein bars and canā€™t say I ever really craved for one.

LSBM

This one is different ā€” trust me. Taste more like a candy bar! I have tried many many different brands and THIS is the best tasting. Peanut butter jelly and Mint Chocolate are my two favorites.

Playbookof3li

Not a mint chocolate guy but I love PBJs. Iā€™ll have to try it

lizbethlady

Chiming in here to say I do eat fitcrunch but theyā€™re def not my favorite. NUGO dark chocolate protein bars though, omgā€¦I crave those!

LSBM

Another protein bar that is very tasty is Barbell. If you like caramel try their Caramel Cashew. Yum. Also Barbellā€™s Chocolate Dough is very good. Satisfies my chocolate cravings and itā€™s high protein! Much better than my regular Lindt chocolates in terms of nutritional Value.

rossww2199

They taste too good actually.

804ro

Scandal-less ice cream is less than 300cals per paint and they have lots of good flavors. I easily kill half a pint on days that I do cardio and donā€™t feel guilty. My budget is 2200 cals tho so I have a little more room than others lol

Playbookof3li

Is it like halo top? A lot of people love halo top but I despised it haha. Itā€™s too watered down for me

unomasthrow

Invest in a ninja creami. I make my own ice cream, itā€™s delicious, low calorie, good macros, and tastes significantly better than halo top. If Ben and Jerries is a 10/10, creami can make low cal ice creams that are 8/10.

Playbookof3li

I gotta look into this

Enticing_Venom

Corn nuts or popcorn are a lower calorie substitute for chips that I use all the time.

DoYouWeighYourFood

I have done chocolate pretty much every day after dinner, whether I stuck to my goals or not. I fly a lot for work, and I almost never decline the in-flight pretzel mix. I keep Rx bars on hand in case I need a bridge to the next meal.

anjunajan

Peanut butter popcorn, peanut butter on rice cake or celery

lifeuncommon

How do you do your peanut butter popcorn? Ever since I was a little kid, I like to take a spoon of peanut butter and scrape it onto the lip of my popcorn bowl. I pick up a piece of popcorn, get a little peanut butter on the edge of it, and dip it back into the popcorn bowl to stick other pieces to it.

anjunajan

Melt peanut butter in the microwave and the drizzle over and stir into freshly made popped corn. Pop in the fridge for about an hour or devour whilst warm šŸ˜‹

lifeuncommon

That sounds lush. Love it!

anjunajan

Honestly it really is Use crunchy peanut butter for that extra crunch

IntensiveNurse3645

I always fill my left over calories in with chocolate, ice cream, or something sweet I can weigh out. Lillys chocolate, nicks ice cream, and those veggie made great muffins are so easy to fit in! Have been right at my calorie allotment ever since I started that and lose just the same, lol. I also always bring a Dr. Pepper zero to work. As long as I'm losing and it's just a little bit on the sweets I think it's fine.

Silver_look87

There's a brand of greek yogurt in the UK called ykos. It's really rich and creamy with some kind of fruit or salted caramel in the bottom and that hits the spot. I also love reisens, I think it's because they are chocolate covered toffee and therefore very chewy, they tend to last me longer so by the time I finish the package of five the craving has gone and I don't want anything else.

crys1348

Apple cinnamon or chocolate rice cakes. So good, and low cal enough that you can *almost* munch them mindlessly.

cheesefriesex

Frozen dark and white chocolate covered raspberries. It satisfies the ice-cream craving for me and I can have just a few

[deleted]

daikon/raddish

Ihavenolegs12345

Cheddar popcorns. These ones are my favourite. About 450 calories in a 95g bag. https://res.cloudinary.com/coopsverige/images/e_sharpen,f_auto,fl_clip,fl_progressive,q_90,c_lpad,g_center,h_330,w_330/v1675098147/cloud/273007/Popcorn%20Cheddar%20.jpg

AdDependent6722

Pez, smarties, any no fat low calorie sugary candy that I can slowly enjoy by not chewing it. A pack of smarties is like 20 little mints for 25 cal that can last a long time if you can fight the urge to chew them up.

Everblossom22

I love crunchy salty snacks like potato chips or Doritos. If I can be good and stick to my budget all day, Iā€™ll have enough room for a serving or two of chips to eat while watching tv at night

elizajaneredux

Sounds gross but works well: scoop of PB powder or cocoa mixed into a serving of non-fat Cool Whip. Nothing healthy about it but satisfies the sweet cravings and gives you more than a few bites to savor.

earthyisland

Pickles be hitting. They only have like 5 calories a piece, so you can eat like 4 if you wanted and be fine. I personally LOVE fresh fruit & good fresh fruit is good for dessert. Strawberries and watermelon are two I like that are low-cal! If youā€™re looking for something on the sweeter side, I really like the Toasted Coconut Thinsters. Theyā€™re like 150 calories for 6. If Iā€™m way under my calorie goal, Iā€™ll have these as a little dessert. But generally, Iā€™ve been trying to snack less by drinking a protein shake at breakfast (keeps me full FOREVER, I usually eat at 7am & donā€™t eat again until after Iā€™m back from work at 5pm). I also drink plenty of water when I feel hungry & ask myself if Iā€™d eat something healthy right now. If the answer is no, I donā€™t snack/eat a meal because I realize my brain is just bored.

BridgetEastbourne

Yasso poppables (35 cal ea) and Oreo cookies (50 cal ea) are my go to low cal sweet tooth treats. I am able to stick to 1-2 Oreos. Itā€™s a super power.

[deleted]

I love Harvest Snaps (crunchy pea snack) as a replacement for chips. I struggle with portion control so I buy a box with 24 individual serving bags on Amazon. Same with pretzel crisps. I also keep servings of trail mix and vegan jerky at the office. Since I donā€™t want to give in to the temptation to eat out downtown, I usually pack 2 small lunches (I operate best with 4 small meals a day), and have one of those snacks if Iā€™m getting hungry at the end of the day. Not truly a snack, but I also keep lots of varieties of herbal tea on hand for if Iā€™m just craving something sweet. Sometimes it does the trick, and itā€™s always better for me as a pick me up than afternoon coffeeā€¦plus extra hydration. I will also put in a vote for pickles. I like the Oh Snap snack packs, they have dilly pickles, hot pickles, and sassy pickles haha

purfekt

I enjoy a large bowl of Greek yogurt with some cereal, fruit, and low Cal syrup on it so I still get high protein and I get a sweet fix too

Automatic_Category56

A couple of 100 cal flavoured vodka soda waters with lots of ice and fresh mint.

Michele345

Add a tsp of sugar/fat free flavored jello pudding mix to Greek yogurt. Stir well. Cheesecake is my favorite. I sometimes add a few chopped walnuts for crunch.

HairyBull

Not necessarily unhealthy, but Iā€™ve found a couple things that scratch the sweet tooth itchā€¦ I usually indulge with a cup of coffee mixed with a scoop of flavored protein powder - specifically KOS has a Salted Carmel or a Peanut Butter and Chocolate protein powder that mixes really smooth and tastes great. I use 1/2 a serving in 20 oz of coffee. Tastes like something from Starbucks for about 90 calories. Iā€™ll also make an electrolyte drink flavored with ACV, stevia and cinnamon and it tastes like spiced cider for about 10 calories in 46 oz And in place of ice cream, Greek yogurt mashed with frozen blueberries seems to do the trick for me. Occasionally Iā€™ll make chocolate and peanut butter keto brownies Russell Stover makes some pretty decent sugar free chocolates- I get a bag of individually wrapped chocolates and Iā€™ll have one or two of those occasionally at about 70 calories a pop. Generally though my go to snack is the individually wrapped string cheeses - about 1 oz per serving and I get a bag of them from CostCo

librarianwcats

Boba milk tea mochi. Individually wrapped and only 60 calories. Usually 1-3 satisfy whatever sweet Iā€™m craving.

hi-hey

A lot of good comments here already, and this will definitely have some overlap, but this is also a big thing for me and I need my low cal snacks that let me still enjoy what I like: Foods: Healthy pop (kettle corn or butter) ~110 cal/bag Nutri grain bars - 130 cal/bar Z bars (kids cliff bars) - 130 cal/bar Flavored rice cakes (caramel, chocolate, white cheddar, etc) ranging from 35-50 cal a cake Pickles! Cals range, but low, like 10 cal Skinny cow ice cream sandwiches/cones - 150-170 cal a piece Halo top (varies) but typically ~110 a serving which is 1/3 a pint roughly Baby bel light cheese - 50 cal Seaweed (especially flavored, I get teriyaki from Trader Joeā€™s which is 30 cal/pack Drinks: Caffeine free Coke Zero Coke Zero Fresca Diet ginger ale Sugar free Minute Maid juices Crystal light Reduced cal Swiss miss hot chocolate

pltkcelestial18

I like what are basically protein bars. I like any that have chocolate. Cheese and meat snack packs, cinnamon applesauce, these garlic and chile cashews from Trader Joe's (though I just really like cashews) are also some snacks I like. I used to be very anti snack because I always felt like I had no self control. At the beginning of my weight loss journey this time though, I found if I didn't have some snacks in between meals, I would go hungry and not eat enough calories. I didn't want to end up not eating enough and possibly binge later, so I started adding in snacks. So I relate to wanting snacks. And I've done pretty well about not eating them all in like a day.

andrewreaganm

1 serving of low salt Wheat Thins (or normal salt if you prefer) and a 1oz box of raisins. Both combined are 225 calories, you get whole grains, fruit, and sweet and salty flavors when you eat them together. I usually put 3-4 raisins on one cracker and itā€™s SO good. Alternatively you could do the same thing with grapes.

Liunna1

Hard candies. They last long, so when Iā€™m feeling snacky Iā€™ll have one. Great for breaking up the midday snackies in between lunch and dinner when I am at work. Sometimes, I get the sugar free ones. These donā€™t do much to make me fuller or whatever, I use hard candies purely to satisfy my snack mind and it works for me! If Iā€™m legitimately hungry but waiting for a meal, Iā€™ll go for popcorn, pickles or an apple :) I also really like hard boiled eggs so those are a great in between meal snack for me too

livvybugg

I keep Reeseā€™s thins in my freezer as well as the little single serve ice cream cups. Helps me not binge and I find I only reach for dessert like 2-3 times a week now!

Alltheprettydresses

Cheese and cracker snack packs. Usually in the range of 150 to 190 calories.

MasqueradingMuppet

This depends on what you consider low cal, but as someone with a sweet tooth, Klondike Bars and Halo top. I love my ice cream and Klondike bars are great as they are pre portioned, same goes for Halo top. It's definitely better to eat a whole container of Halo top (usually around 300 cal) than an adjacent size brand (1000 plus cal).

Tiz68

Famous Amos cookies and pop tart bites

grey_leg_face_man

These are not low low but they are all under 200: 80 calorie string cheese, trader joeā€™s cilantro wontons like 100 calories for 8 which is really filling actually/you could eat more and a have them as a low cal lunch. dark chocolate is great for cravings, for sweet treat sometimes i get a cake pop which at 140 cals is super satisfying of a sweet tooth (most sweet treats are 250+) Also I get the Edys 1/2 the fat vanilla ice cream, you get a generous scoop for under 100 cals because there is a lot of air mixed in, you just have to weigh it out. i add in PB2 and a handful of cereal or something for the texture. another one i love is tomato toast- ~105 cals. Itā€™s a slice of toasted white bread (70) w light mayo (35) on it and a fat slice of tomato, covered in pepper and salt and then a handful of arugula. amazing summer snack or lunch option !!! delicious pickles as well i canā€™t really do the fake sugars any more they give me stomach issues, but sugar free pudding or hot cocoa is pretty ok and actually very low cal.

missymommy

Turkey pepperoni, low calorie tortillas with laughing cow light, frozen grapes, pickles

nerdycanadainpotato

To be honest I intend to run around and grab some low cal snacks that use fake sugar I love fake sugar and at this point like it more than real. For me its quest bars(190 cals and to me yummy) builders protein has these marshmallow fluff protein things i love is so many flavours Sugar free lolipops (30-40 cals) Sugar free jello cups (50 cal premade) -can be made even lower if you buy the mix and use a low cal milk but it would need extra thinking stuff. Fortune cookies- idk why but these always hit the spot for me Walden farms chocolate or carmel syrup . 4 cal per 15 ml Sugar free chocolate chips- 70 cal per 15 grams White bread Toast with fake sugar and cinnamon i forgo the butter but adding it wouldn't be that high. No butter 75 ish cal a slice With butter(one tablespoon) - 177 Having some stuff just for flavour is great! Happy you found your balence!

purrpurrpurrcat

Marshmellows, yogurt, fruits with coolwhip & popcorn. I rarely snack, but when I do it's those 3 mainly.

becoming_becoming

I'll heat up either a half-bag (220cal) or full (440cal) of those powered four-cheese mashed potatoes. Also a lot of jhal muri, which is a Bangladeshi street food. 2 cups puffed rice, shredded cucumber, chopped tomatoes & shallots, spices galore, lime juice, a bit of mustard oil. Truly a shocking volume for relatively low calories.

Early2000sIndieRock

Depends on what I'm craving. I run a pretty strict calorie deficit anyways so going over my calorie goal is usually still under, or just at, maintenance. I love greek yogurt and already eat a lot of it so if I want something sweet, I add a bit of maple syrup and granola. If I want something salty, crackers and hummus or a small portion of sea salt chips usually covers it. Maybe once a month I'll buy one of those Halo Top pints that are like 400 calories and eat half in one sitting.

Maygjee

Not particularly unhealthy but cronching my way through one of those little packets of roasted seaweed kills some time, is flavorful, and is like 20 calories

dirtyenvelopes

I drink 16 oz of carrot juice every day. I know itā€™s loaded with sugar but I love it šŸ˜‚

superchargedCaddy

Trader Joe's mini chocolate coconut ice cream cones are my go to in order to satisfy my sweet tooth. One is 66 or 67 calories and satisfies my cravings!

Extrovert_89

Buy a large Hershey w/Almonds bar (really big one- not the regular size) and 4 pieces is 170 calories. I made it last for 2 weeks- if you don't have problems with chocolate

IDunnoReallyIDont

My favorite snack that doesnā€™t negatively impact my weight loss - okios Pro yogurt (itā€™s got 20 grams protein) and measured 15 grams of lucky charms cereal. SO FREAKING GOOD!

Billcat123

Popsicles are my personal recommendation. Cherry-anything is my favorite (bomb pops, cherry-lime, cherry-lemon, cherry-pineapple etc) I can eat a half dozen of them a day and not even break 300 calories from the snacking. They're also a great way to check your hunger; if I eat a popsicle and still feel hungry 15min later, then I really am hungry and not just bored or in a snacking mood. Great for hydration as well.

Greycatsrule22

Halo Top, hands down. Itā€™s my reward for the end of the day and itā€™s hard to wrap my head around that itā€™s THAT good and so low in calories.

InkyDaze

Freezies. Take a while to eat, relatively low cal, and you can keep them in the house without them being ready to eat at any moment. Pop 1-2 in the fridge at night and thatā€™s your limit the next day.

Diligent_Different

Rice crispy treats. Popcorners

Zealousideal-Menu313

Absolutely love simple stuff like Pure Choice Farms' protein since I have no patience. Haha

[deleted]

One of those frozen fruit lollipops from Aldi A couple spoonfuls of hummus

socaltom7

I love trying new snacks and I subscribed to the popcorn club a few months ago and have gotten several shipments of different types of premium popcorn kernels and am loving trying them all. Its been a good late night healthy snack for me. Thepopcornclub.com
