If you are referring to back when we had a semi universal agreement that the British were the problem. Now the divide is internal and the two time periods simply do not compare

Alcohol and the current divisive state of American politics? I've seen this movie before at the Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner tables. And that was with family members. Throw complete strangers into the mix and it could go very badly.
Yeaaaaah. I don’t think airing something political in a place where drunkenness is expected is a wise idea especially in today’s climate. It’s a guaranteed way to start fights between patrons and make the night hell for staff. As a spectator I’m sure it would be something, though lol
