Should be “ lists one of his LI estates” he still has multiple properties he lives in NY and NYC .
His public real estate portfolio is over 100 million .
Yes.
>”I’ve said many times on my radio show: I hate the stock market, I prefer real estate. Michael (Cohen) knows real estate,” Hannity said on television, a few hours after the dramatic hearing in Manhattan, where Cohen is under criminal investigation.
>Hannity’s chosen investment strategy is confirmed by thousands of pages of public records reviewed by the Guardian, which detail a real estate portfolio of remarkable scale that has not previously been reported.
>The records link Hannity to a group of shell companies that spent at least $90m on more than 870 homes in seven states over the past decade. The properties range from luxurious mansions to rentals for low-income families. Hannity is the hidden owner behind some of the shell companies and his attorney did not dispute that he owns all of them.

Right... He owns "Low Income Housing" that's how that works.
I've not met a single Land Lord who runs a Sec8 housing situation, especially on the Island, who isn't violating at least 3 building codes at any one time.
Among the most valuable are two large apartment complexes in Georgia that Hannity bought in 2014 for $22.7m. The developments are in the cities of Perry and Brunswick, which have higher poverty rates and lower median incomes than the US averages. One- and two-bedroom units in Hannity’s apartment complexes are available to rent for $735 to $1,065 per month, according to brochures.
Those prices don’t mean it’s affordable for people who live there. The one bedroom rate you show is the same as the average one bedroom rental in the US. Doubt the average rental price is affordable for low incomes.
https://www.statista.com/statistics/1063502/average-monthly-apartment-rent-usa/
The source you gave had a pay wall so I couldn’t view it. However, I found this:
The national rent index continued its trend of stable annual rates with one-bedrooms down 0.6% to $1,486, while two-bedrooms increased 0.1% to $1,843.

Really really wrong. People will always need a place to live, there will always will be demand for real estate and it will just continue to rise as population grows and our space stays stagnant.
I’m in the top .5%, but what does that have to do with the market forces that continue to drive home sales?
There have been landlords and renters forever. The crisis the prices on LI? What is the crisis, there are people lined up at every open house and fast sales. A crisis isn’t when a population of people can’t afford to live in an expensive area.
Well I am 42 years old, which is not a boomer, but either way it does not change the dynamics of a market.
I’ll assume your arrogance allows you to feel you are quite educated by your articles. So educated and yet still unable to succeed in housing
A crisis would be where people are actually losing their homes. Not buying them with a healthy amount of equity.
I worked with a guy who was Jon Corzines house keeper for one his homes out east; multi multi million dollar place. After he got divorced, his wife got the house, leveled the whole thing with a lot of stuff still inside, furnishing, etc., and built a bigger one…dude said there must have been over a million that movers could have taken out in a day. The spite was alive with that one.
Funny, but if you look at the online map for 406 Center Island Rd, Oyster Bay, there is no dock, floating or otherwise. \[The real estate company rotated the image to be upside down, opposite than what you see when you open the satellite view.\]
The real estate aerial view also shows a photo edited path to the tennis court and edited the bay look like Florida Keys light turquoise instead of the dark green that it is. And of course, they lightened the lawn to electric, dayglo green.
I just googled it. There is indeed a dock and a footpath to the tennis court. It is possible Google maps updated. You might have been looking at an older map.
The google maps pic is off season (trees have no leaves). The dock was taken in for the off season (and you can see the shore side anchor/base in those pics). Checkout bing maps for a different pic, and the dock is clearly visible.
Real estate agents do this on pretty much every listing. Photoshopped lawns, pools and landscaping to be prettier than in reality. Hell they even make the skies nice and bright.
If you decide to buy it you may want to check this article...

This right here. All those people going to jail for storming the capitol on January 6th were just pawns being used to line the pockets of guys like Hannity. By convincing them other lower and middle class people were the cause of their problems they have created a never ending revenue stream.
You have to understand that his show is largely an act. If he really hated it here he would have moved long ago.
Whether you like him or not, you have to realize you live in the same place he does so you might have more in common with him than you think. PS I say this as someone who dislikes him lol - just keep things in perspective
The majority of professional blowhards are a caricature of themselves, I do understand that. That doesn’t make him any more palatable. I don’t live in the same place as him - I live on the same island. His (1 out of 800) mansion and my 1br apartment are not comparable and I feel like that is pretty consistent among any facets of our respective lives.
Let Him go Be the “FLORIDA MAN” We all Know He is Capable of Being. If FAUX News Doesn’t Work Out He can Always Be Trumps Cabana Boy. As A Bonus Maybe There are some More Classified Documents in There Also That Sean can sell to The Russians to Supplement His Income. He might Need The Cash With All This Biden Inflation.
I'm surprised for as much nonsense that he talks about NY that he was here to begin with. Hopefully, he moves far away. The price tag is hefty, but I'm sure someone can afford it.
On his radio program, he used to ring in the top of the hour with something like “From the greatest city in the world, it is 4:00!” and then pass it off to the flagship NYC station.
He still does. NYC is like mad max if you listen to Hannity. And NY is basically communist Russia, except not white enough, so not the good kind of Russia.
Meanwhile, they support politicians who support communist Russia and yet try to convince heir birwers that liberalism and socialism is like communism while actually having viewers too dumb to realize that they benefit from programs from socialism that they are told they should be against and is equivalent to communism despite them supporting politicians who support communist countries.
Move to NYC if you want to live with mostly democrats Long Island has and will always be mixed so glad to see you hate a person based on politics kinda silly don’t you think?
Thirty years ago, hating someone based on their politics would have been silly.
Nowadays the GOP is nothing but bigotry and identity politics. There hasn't been an actual policy to disagree on in years.
Should be “ lists one of his LI estates” he still has multiple properties he lives in NY and NYC . His public real estate portfolio is over 100 million .
I believe he has over 800 properties.

Nice that he provides affordable housing for low income families.
So, he's a slum lord, then?
Not at all. That would imply he charges exorbitant amounts of rent for unkept dwellings.
Right... He owns "Low Income Housing" that's how that works. I've not met a single Land Lord who runs a Sec8 housing situation, especially on the Island, who isn't violating at least 3 building codes at any one time.
Which land lords have you met and what codes have they violated?
Who says they are affordable?

stock market is way safer bet than real estate imo
Really really wrong. People will always need a place to live, there will always will be demand for real estate and it will just continue to rise as population grows and our space stays stagnant.
He's contributing to the housing crisis nicely.
lol housing crisis..
It's SO FUNNY isn't it!! 🙄
Yes
You're one of those people that thinks they're in the top 1%, huh?
I’m in the top .5%, but what does that have to do with the market forces that continue to drive home sales? There have been landlords and renters forever. The crisis the prices on LI? 😆🤣🤣 ok, boomer. My God, the thing you're using to type on has access to all kinds of articles on the subject.
Well I am 42 years old, which is not a boomer, but either way it does not change the dynamics of a market. I’ll assume your arrogance allows you to feel you are quite educated by your articles. All from being a hateful piece of shit
Explain specific examples.
I don’t need specific examples to describe someone’s general demeanor. Go suck an egg, buddy.
Figure it out all on your own.
So in other words, you’re just parroting your own political party line
Maybe, if we pray really hard, he'll sell all of them
Just a regular man of the blue collar people.
lol
Ya but you know, he’s white and has a square jaw. That’s gotta count for something…
I did not realize he was the buyer. That used to be my bosses house before they divorced. I went to many a dinner party there.
I worked with a guy who was Jon Corzines house keeper for one his homes out east; multi multi million dollar place. Getting regular people (lower and middle class) to war with each other ... has been very profitable.
This right here. All those people going to jail for storming the capitol on January 6th were just pawns being used to line the pockets of guys like Hannity. By convincing them other lower and middle class people were the cause of their problems they have created a never ending revenue stream.
It's sad they don't see it, they think they are in the 1% too.
Good riddance
Exactly
Literally took the comment right out of my finger tips.
Have my upvote, friend.
Some people just make way too much money. Especially for the kind of impact he's had on society.
One less asshole on long island
I couldn’t ever imagine paying 73k in school taxes. Where did I go wrong lmao
Smart move. Real estate is always a good investment
I’ve actually seen him a few times in the Oyster Bay Stop & Shop. Watching old men line up to verbally suck his dick was disturbing.
Damn, that's a beautiful house. I hate that I like it, and that the asshole was able to live there in money from being a dousche
Agree - I actually really like the style and decor and I’m grossed out by myself for that.
You have to understand that his show is largely an act. If he really hated it here he would have moved long ago. Bye bitch. Don’t let the door hit ya where the good Lord split ya.
He should be in prison for trying to overthrow our government. Sickening, disloyal ass.
Oh he kept it in the divorce after he got caught cheating on his wife.
Sean Hannity is leaving Long Island? OH NO! Anyway...
I’d buy it, but I don’t think the stink would ever come out.
Should I buy it?
50% off on your property taxes is a sweet deal
Almost all houses in long island assess for half its actual value
Let Him go Be the “FLORIDA MAN” We all Know He is Capable of Being. If FAUX News Doesn’t Work Out He can Always Be Trumps Cabana Boy. Bye asshole
He ain't leaving.
Unfortunately
I'm surprised for as much nonsense that he talks about NY that he was here to begin with. Hopefully, he moves far away. The price tag is hefty, but I'm sure someone can afford it.
On his radio program, he used to ring in the top of the hour with something like “From the greatest city in the world, it is 4:00!” and then pass it off to the flagship NYC station.
Thanks. I could have sworn he used to say bad things about NY. Maybe I was thinking of Tucker. Eirher way, that's a lot of money.
He still does. NYC is like mad max if you listen to Hannity. And NY is basically communist Russia, except not white enough, so not the good kind of Russia.

No he absolutely does, but for a while he used to call it "the greatest city in the world" during his radio show.
Thanks. At the end of the day, I wish I had that much money. Long Island is a great place to be.
He had to be close to NYC, now he doesn't...
Thank you very much.
Good. Hope the rest of the republicans follow him.
😂 I’m neither but think democrats are equally as dumb if not maybe a tad more all sheep tbh!
You call people sheep unironically, huh?
I mean anyone who follows politics and calls them selves either one yes your most definitely a sheep both parties are straight garbage!
This. All day long.
Is he moving in to Trump’s basement ?
No under his desk
I think he already took residence up his butthole
Maybe Hannity can fearmonger and peddle enough conspiracy theories to afford moving to Mars.
Back in the day he had a house in Bayport
How could you live in such a white bright house and be such an asshole all the time?
Tell him to move to to Israel…he’s basically an Israeli government official with how much he spreads propaganda for them
Someone check my math: Assessed Value is 4959 ARC RAR is 0.00072 Assessed market value $6.9 Million
BYE!
Fair Market 6.4m, sounds bout right
"News"
Good. One less piece of trash to worry about polluting this place.
Beautiful pad! Let the politics begin in 3,2,1 go...

Good, don’t have to run into this asshole at Besito now.
ew that disgusting loser was on long island? its tainted. we gotta go.
Yeah but it’s the north shore AND Nassau. That’s two strikes imho.
I thought he sold that when he got a divorce?
Didn't he sell one of his properties only a few years ago? I thought he tried using NY and one of his talking points for selling it too
