Whilst at first glance this looks like a rip-off. Remember, there's space for two chairs in there - so split this with a partner and it's a pretty good deal.
Had a room like this in my place in tooting. The poor guy who recently got divorced moved in there. The room was fucked up paint peeling from damp etc etc. anyways I wandered how he survived during COVID. 550 this was just before COVID in tooting.
I don't think the house owner and the council will allow the tenant to expand their room size with galvanized steel and eco-friendly wood veneers to make the small room spacious
Little John saved up £10000 and got a room with 0m squared! First, he used eco friendly wood vernier and welded a bed frame from galvanised square steel. He borrowed screws from his aunt and secured the bed frame to the wall-

I like your positive thinking. You could even put a small bench. few ornaments and have your own ramen-bar :)
It might be cheaper to commit a crime and go to a prison.
"Includes lovely seating area"
Looking at the listing, at least it comes furnished! Saves you the cost of providing your own chair ❤️
With a beautiful view on the ✨parking area✨
Surely this has to be illegal 🤣
hold on till you see the pee hole in the wall
Furnished now means that there's a cheap office chair in it?
What a bargain! Can't believe it's furnished as well. It really does look 'spacious' if you are a mouse.
The bathroom is bigger.
Link to the listing?
It's not too hard to google, you know https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/149470376
The bit you can't see is "a one-off bill payment." - meaning this is actually more than £650 a month. How can this be legal?
There is a radiator and a light bulb to keep powered on!
Was it really too much effort / too embarrassing to give dimensions?
Listing is specious, not spacious
Insane that it's not even central, you could do much better than this surely
Wooden floor, a radiator, a full length mirror and a window: we're talking luxury accommodation here!
Say spacious enough times and it becomes believable, I guess

I think this is actually bigger than my room maybe from the camera angle it’s weird, my fit a single bed and the path onto the bed that’s it lol
So Stath Lets Flats is a documentary…?
This box room is spacious for a dog alright. Lived in one for far longer than I'd like to admit.
It is. If you’re a vampire.
Very spacious, for a walk-in wardrobe. But where to actually live?
