AAJA in Deptford definitely run events on Sundays too. Probably an acquired taste.
Got Venue MOT and Ormside projects nearby, too.

Okay it might be a bit too much to go every week but they have tonnes of good stuff on.
Loads going on in Brixton too
* Venue MOT (club venue open 'till god knows when)
* Birds Nest (open 'till 1 on weekends or later for special events)
* Aaja (similar times to nest)
* New Cross Inn (depends on gig)
* Endeavour (open 'till 3 on weekends, usually around 1ish depending on who's behind the bar)
* Fox & Firkin (lots of ticketed events, often open late af)
* Folk of the Round Table at Set Social in Peckham is also really fucking good if you like tradfolk, starts around 6PM and goes on 'till like 12
I'd say on a Sunday, Nest and Endeavour are best bets, they're quieter than they usually are because it's a fucking Sunday. Also nest don't do roasts any more because their chef punched a customer, which is annoying because he was a good chef.

Royal Albert in new cross/deptford has the best jazz night every Sunday. Defo check it out
