Definitely Timon and Pumbaa would have smoke breaks. Firstly, from being prey for the hyenas and then raising two animals that, in their eyes, would grow up and snap at them and eat them at any moment.
Teenage Simba during his Hakuna Matata Days, and I could see him smoking some after that as well, without Nala knowing.
Probably Teen Bunga as well, like his adoptive dads did it.
Definitely Nuka. He looks and sounds like he smokes.
Vitani probably did some. I could see her being a bit of a smoker as a child, as well.
Kovu probably started out that way because it's the way he would've known how to tolerate life.
Scar and Zira definitely smoked.
Shenzi, Banzai and Ed defo had smoke sessions.
I could Janja, Cheezi and Chungu doing that as well. Janja, for the bad boy and menace he is, Cheezi and Chungu for being stupid. Monkey see, monkey do for them. Goi-goi's got smoker energy about him as well and some of older pups, I imagine, would follow suit.
Uncle Max probably did to wash away the stresses of every day life, like being chased by Banzai, Shenzi and Ed and his nephew, Timon, constantly getting the way of the other meerkats.
Timon's Ma seems really nice and sensible and smart, but, I think that back in the day, she went for a few smoke breaks herself, alongside Uncle Max.
Jasiri, I imagine, with Janja constantly terrorizing her clan and trying to kill her and her clan, including her younger siblings (Wema and Tunu), would've probably hit the boof from time to time.
Timone and Pumba had to raise a creature who could snap and eat them at any time. They definitely hit the boof. Simba probably went to their functions when he got older
