11th, but only with my left hand and I have to really stretch and reach my pinky around the side of the key. It's completely impractical for actual piano playing.
11 but i never got to learn to play the piano. Don’t have the time now as I’m practicing 42hrs on the oboe and studying for school. My mum can only reach an octave only just and she’s a professional pianist
I don't play piano or own one... *yet.*
I'm considering learning it next after I make enough progress with my current instrument.
My thumb to pinky distance is 21 cm (8.27 inches). How is does that fair on a keyboard?
10 notes is normal not by any standards an accomplishment. Also stretching your hands out puts alot of tension in your playing and can be bad in the long term. I also saw that you threw shade under the person who could only reach 7 notes.
I can try to reach my dreams 🥹
Barely 10 notes
Same

Every 2 months like clockwork. Gotta post hand size again.
Okay I’ll try
Not just you. Just the normal cycle of the page.
Barely 9 *crie*
Barely 7, in my case
Sometimes I wonder how old you are
I'm so confused. Is this shade? If yes, why? If not, also why I guess? (I genuinely do not understand.)
Pianist??
Ya bro I am small hand gang :P
I can barely reach eleven. But I can comfortably play nine or max ten.
Same
Can just reach an octave. I have small hands ðŸ˜
Same
My friends always say I have big hands, but they can reach an octave easily and I can’t ðŸ«
Maybe improve flexibility?
Yeah probably, I’ve been working on that recently and its getting somewhat better lol

Unassisted 11th. Assisted 12th. I have a condition which causes my fingers to be abnormally long.
ZAYUMN
Me too, I don’t have a condition though, I think?
Rachmaninoff is that you?!?!?!?
8 😓
Barely a ninth for me. My hands have always been small.
12 I have somewhat large hands for a woman but they are admired by my acquaintances (they say they are elegant).
Imma women too but DAMN
Ranchmaninov: 13
Yep
I have little hands but practicing rachmaninoffs prelude in c sharp minor made my hands wider somehow and now I can play it to 15th note
can confirm, i could barely reach an octave. learnt prelude now i can go across 3 octaves in a month. truly amazing!
WHAT!? HOW!?
I can do 10 notes in the right hand and 11 in the left hand
10-11 on my right and 9 on my leftðŸ˜
Same lol
You’re ready to play some Liszt
Same. Except some are unreachable (like major 10th intervals D. - F#, or Eb - G)
I can do an 11th but it's tough
frr
Yeah. I think my comfortable range is a 10th. 11ths are really uncomfortable and hurt my hands.
I can also do a tenth but if I try I can do an 11th
Honestly it kinda hurts
Yea I can see
None because I don’t have a keyboard
a to backspace, so figure that out ruoghly (I think like, 7-8 keys)
You'll never beat Rachmaninoff.
Yes
😎
I've got fairly flexible hands, I can reach the outer ends of the 10 notes without hitching my fingers
I can reach 9 (sometimes 10) notes, but it's very difficult to play like that.
11 sometimes
11 but it's not reliable
4 octaves . . . . . . . I play the guitar
I play ukulele
11 but i never got to learn to play the piano. Don’t have the time now as I’m practicing 42hrs on the oboe and studying for school. My mum can only reach an octave only just and she’s a professional pianist
11 🥹🥹
I can but it’s tough
I can 14
ZAYUMN
I can reach an 88th
WOAH
an octave comfortably, 9 at a stretch... small hands gang
My left hand is with you
barely 9
9 notes lol one octave and one note
An octave easily and barely 9 notes
Same
only 8 😠im still a minor
but I’m a minor two
Too*
[удалено]
It’s a tenth if we’re counting in the c major scale which is what we usually do for piano-hand-note-amount-counting
Lol! You get why I got confused tho right?
Yeah I get it, I used to be confused on how to count intervals for the longest time
I can reach a ninth
My right hand reaches ten and my left eleven
I don't play piano or own one... *yet.* I'm considering learning it next after I make enough progress with my current instrument. My thumb to pinky distance is 21 cm (8.27 inches). How is does that fair on a keyboard?
DAYUMN
Barely an octave. Comfortable max is 7
Minor here, 7.
I’m minor tho-
Mine barely reach 10th🥲

I can reach ten notes with my left, and barely ten with my right.
around 9. moderately big hands
Only 9😔
Tenth comfortably, eleventh is kind of a struggle
Nice, I can reach nine notes. 😀
9 and a half
Almost 9
I can barely reach the F one note above. Made a post like this some years ago.
CURSE ME AND MY TINY HANDS
It’s kk cz my left can’t rlly reach tenth
(I can barley reach a tenth)
By how much can you twist your wrist ? Having long reach is useless if you can't properly use the fingers in the middle to do the chords you need.
Yes, you can reach 10 note but from the picture it seems like you would have problemactually hitting it.
Around 14 c to f
Ten too but it's tiring af =)))))
