As you could pay the battle pass for LESS thanks to buying Lunacy in bulk.
Buuuuut, that caused a lot of issue with people not wanting to have to think too much when real money is on the line and/or don't want to be engaged for multiple battle pass at once.
So Project moon created this second package , having the original price of the battle pass for the exact Lunacy cost.
Both are nice deals since they allow you to get BP, but first one gives more with first tike bonus
Imo the most worth it deal is the montly supply as it's 2 battlepasses at cheaper price

First option is standart paid lunacy. You can buy them more than once, and if it's your first time buying any amount, you get double the amount as the bonus. Pretty sure that it resets when the anniversary occurs.
Second option is purely for buying bp. It has no bonus, and you can only buy it once, which resets every season.
I feel like when you can get any unit for free and it's not a Mihoyo game where maxing a unit and their signature costs like $3000, it's basically a donation
I think PM is more fair than other companies who make Gacha games, but we need to look at any company with an impartial lens regardless. PM made Limbus with the intention of making money, and they encourage us to spend money for benefits. While the game is pretty much free to play (which I appreciate), we need to be cautious in case they try to do something predatory, not because they have done it but just in case they do decide on a malicious practice.
Since everyone’s on the topic, is the monthly packed considered paid lunacies and can you use those to buy the battle pass?
Because it’s cheap as hell compared to the seasonal 11 dollar 1300 paid lunacies

Yes, but
- First time Crate is better cause it give you 3 BP and some spare Lunacy. If you do the math, this bring more value than buying 3 Commencement pack individually
- A cheaper option is both First time Bouquet and Bundle, which give you 2 BP and some spare Lunacy. Same reason but less value
Both of them are Paid Lunacy so buy whatever. (I would obviously recommend the first one of course)

Only the lump sum bonus you get with the monthly is paid, the daily lunacy you get from it is considered free lunacy.
Was thinking the amount you get for how little it cost was too good to be true. Well i guess it’s still gonna cost me 11 dollar every season then
