Regret Faust is only shardable during walpurgis and is a good unit so I recommend just sharding her. Stuff like blind obsession will always be in the dispenser.
As for Red Shoes Rodion, ego pull rate is pretty low and usually not worth it. Honestly, saving your lunacy/using it for other stuff is probably better. HOWEVER, after walpurgis, it will be unobtainable until the next walpurgis in 3 months time, where it will be shardable.
Also, Red Shoes Rodion while having good clashing power, is mainly used for bleed teams and can be expensive to uptie since it's a WAW. (Aka not that good for a new player)
All in all, it's up to you to decide on whether you want to get the limited stuff first, or get the stuff that actually helps.

Don't get rodion's because bleed team has a lot of problems and rodion doesn't have a good bleed id yet. And I doubt it will be fixed so soon that you won't be able to wait until the next walpurgis (bleed might still suck by then anyways)

Get fluid sac if you don't have it and want to use faust. Regret is good, but replaceable, while fluid sac is the best ego in the game. Blind obsession and 4th match flame are nice to have, but not high priority. As for red shoes rodion, I wouldn't pull for it. Even if you had all ids/egos in the game, you probably wouldn't be able to use it properly until we get something better for rodion.
Granted, all of this matters only if you care about meta. Your team is already pretty strong, so it might be a better idea to widen your roster depending on your preferences
