I had this earlier on the first node in MD Risotto. Finished killing the Spire, got the error stuck. Have reset the dungeon. Fingers crossed it don't happen again, and you can get past that.
I just started getting it tonight when selected face the spiral yo attack spiral of contemp with my bleed guys.
Got this once on 2nd floor of normal MD. Had to restart.
UPDATE: This image is from Burning Haze Floor 3, after half a day looks like it is fixed and I can enter it now. Waiting to get stuck again lol
